I brought my 2014 Nissan Rogue here after experiencing some noise at the front passenger side. I know it's a wheel bearing problem just from my research and my hunch.I got an appointment the next day after the primary diagnosis confirming it was indeed the wheel bearing.They are prompt and professional. The mechanics was also equally respectful and knowledgeable. The charge was reasonable. I was expecting a lot higher honestly. If I had brought this to my dealership it would've easliy costed 2K.I highly recommend this shop.

Changed transmission fluid here, the price wasn't reasonable, and told the fluid was too dirty asked me to change again shortly.Tire puncture repair job wasn't done properly, still loses air slowly.

Changed the gas door and trunk cable a few days ago. Got fuel today and found the inside part of the gas door was broken and loose which they didn’t let me know when I picked up my car. Also the clip inside car was broken and I actually went back to their store once (The old mechanic said it was normal and it was like that). That’s a very bad experience overall. They charge me for more than $200 labour for changing the cable and I have to go back to store for a third time so far and get things fixed.

The owner provided me with great service, resonable price, very accomodating. Im impressed by their honesty and integrity. They dont double charge labor cost for the same work to replace parts.I would highly recommend to anyone requiring honest and reliable car service shop, and I do not hestitate to tell my friends about their service.

Reasonable price and work done on time

I have been going here since I bought my very first car in 2015. My friend recommended this place from another friend. I am so glad she did. When I was buying my first car I took it here to check if there is any issue with the car am buying since it was second hand and from kijiji.They told me what required immediate repair (break pads for rear wheels) but all on all the car was in good condition.Since then I kept on going to VTech for any car repairs and maintenance. They do not force me to spend money on my car immediately. Or make some unnecessary things done on my car. They would usually advise me, such as you can wait for 3 months to get this replaced". Which helps with my budgeting.It is a family owned company. I usually call for an appointment but I've seen people coming in without one and get service. Probably depending on the service.*Let me stress out though that the family are immigrants and that is why sometimes the lady on the phone cannot understand. Her English is pretty good for an immigrant. As an immigrant myself
