Taxi Newman Lafleur 1994 Inc

Avoid at all costs. I called this taxi on purpose as they are close to where I was departing. However, their dispatcher, a man who answers their phone line, has no common sense, is absolutely rude and should not work in a customer service environment.I asked for a taxi at Metro Angrignon not knowing there was already a line of taxis on the back side of the metro. Their dispatch tells me ok and confirms my request. After 15 minutes of waiting in the cold, I call him to ask where the taxi is. He tells me there is a line of taxis near the metro. Really? You confirm my request to tell me 15 minutes later that hey, thanks for waiting in the cold, but there are already taxis near by. Garbage service.

The driver was polite and on time but the cab REEKED of cigarette smoke. My eyes were stinging and I preferred riding in the cold with the window down.P.s I'm a smoker and couldn't stand it

Dispatch is the biggest arsh hole I've spoken to in a very long time. A total DB

Worst taxi ever !!! Never use it. 90% of chance that you just dont receive it. Go the hell taxi newman.

Called and was told 5 min. Second call and 45 min late and no taxi….they need a new dispatcher with some integrity.

If I can give them a zero I would. I made a reservation for a pickup to the air port to catch a flight at 3am and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they fired the guy who gave me a reservation because they are not allowed. He then went on to tell me that there aren’t any taxis for me while yelling at me on the phone. Gross customer service. Learn some manners.

They have no patience. If you're not outside by the time they get there, they just drive off lol it's happened to me at least 4 times, and I'm not making them wait any extended period of time either. With in 2 mins of you not being there..they will drive away lol

Taxi driver did not follow my directions, took the wrong exit on the highway and was driving in the wrong direction despite me telling him exactly when to get off. Only got off the highway when I argued and insisted (it was past midnight- I’m a female travelling alone- it was extremely uncomfortable). Proceeded to drive slowly around but finally started following my directions. Blamed me for not annunciating my exact street name.. even though he was driving in the polar opposite direction of the neighborhood I gave him. Kept telling me I was too complicated. Worst taxi experience and cost me double of what it should have been. Didn’t even bother arguing cost when time to pay because I just needed to get the hell out of his car.

Called for taxi .came right away within 5 minutes very good service
