Deserves less than a star!!! Only 2 employees on a 6 desks!!! As you can see in the picture 4 desks are totally empty! Such a waste and there are many people waiting in the line with no chairs. There are many people that have medical problems and can’t stand for that long! There must be some organization and chairs for people with disabilities and medical issues!! At least 1 employee must be at the front door to ask the people why they are here so that they are not standing for something that can’t be done at this location!! There were sooo many people that waited for hours and when they got to the counter the employees told them that there thing can’t be done here you need to go somewhere else!!For me today, after standing for 3 hours, I asked for an application and they told me you don’t get it from here go to the main office in Milton and gave me a small paper (from a pile of these papers that have the address on it). I went to that place which was about 20 mins away, and they told me that is the wrong place you have to go to another place and gave me another address!!! Absolutely horrible service not helpful at all giving false information, not organized no professionalism.

The staff is really great in work and really professionalIt was big line and they handle and finish all people quickly and smoothly... Good luck for them and thanks once again the management and all staff of this service ontario branch

Very impolite customer service staff. Absolutely no manners or etiquette, staff refused to operate all the wickets . Line up ridiculously long and slow.

Took my elderly mother in yesterday to renew her health card. Can't say enough about the female employee that served us. She was helpful, kind and very patient. Would go back to this location.

I went just before lunch the worker I was talking with was ok. But then the manager was very unprofessional took my photo ID from my hands and walked away. Didn’t even ask for it she just took it and waked away with it. I confronted her about it and just said I “apologized” passed tense. She didn’t apologize. Continued on with an evil smile then walked away no respect at all!! Very unprofessional the so called manager!!!

As a newcomer 2 years back. Rania was excellent she helped me and my family to issue paper and with an excellent service and great explanation of everything. Even with me last week visit, she did her job perfectly. All the best for you Rania.

Today, Officer D" at this location (because she would not give her name) yelled at refugees who had just arrived in the country. They couldn't speak English and she yelled so everyone in the room could hear

The best customer service,outstanding as a matter a fact. There aren’t words to describe how nice and understanding Rania is!!! She goes far and beyond and ensures you are well taken care of. Rania is very thorough and professional also very kind and empathetic.! Thank you Rania, more people should learn from her!

I went to these locations to renew my drivers licenses and my health card I meet one of the employees here name Rania she was very nice patient and good manners.Thank you Rania I really appreciate your service Good luck and all the best

TLDR - this place is always busy, so give yourself extra time to avoid the stress. Some of the workers are nice, but just prepared to be dealing with someone who is impatient and sassy. Just remain calm and don’t take it personally.Went on April 17, 2023 for my driver license and health card renewal.FYI - you need to bring another piece of ID that has your name and signature on it. This can be a credit card for example.Even on a Monday morning, it was quite busy with limited parking available. Probably better to go in the middle of the week, but you can expect it will be busy then too.I was served by the person working at the far right of the room. She was quite rude with me, not letting me ask my questions completely. I told her I wanted to have my picture re-taken and she cut me off, saying one thing at a time. Of course I know you have a process to follow, I just wanted to let you know in advance so you don’t get surprised when I ask for a new photo. She wouldn’t even confirm initially if the same photo would be used for the health card and drivers license. The other people working were much kinder from what I was observing/hearing. It’s unfortunate you can’t upload a picture online, otherwise I wouldn’t even bother coming here.Another FYI - for license plate replacement, you need to bring the old plates, license, and copy of insurance policy. You don’t need to bring the vehicle your are replacing the plates for. And it most likely won’t be free, but you can ask just to be sure.
