I have being going there for years now. I love the staff. They are great and work fast.

Positives: Never have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time, always leave the dentist feeling satisfied (after cleanings/whitenings), dental hygienists are generally competent in their work, reception staff is sometimes helpful, and the overall facility is well maintained and clean.Negatives: Being an English speaking person, I found that this dentistry was poor in explaining things. Also, the dentist and the hygienist would communicate about MY teeth amongst each other in FRENCH. I personally felt a neglect of information regardless of the importance of what they are saying. In summary, This dentist(ry) needs to be more ACCOMMODATING to her anglophone customers... this is extremely important as it is regarding MY oral health.Overall, I am a fan of this dentistry and getting my oral work done here, however I have been contemplating switching due to my anglophone speaking if this means I would be more filled in.

I am very disappointed with the service or I should say lack of service. I first had a follow up appointment canceled without a new date being provided. I chalked it up to Covid and was understanding at the time and figured I could later reschedule. But when I broke a tooth and contacted them to have it repaired I was told that I could make an appointment at their next available date. I explained that although there was no pain it was a bad break and that I was hoping to get it fixed as soon as possible. They said they would put me on a list and call when an opening became available.It has now been over 3 weeks and still no call.

This used to be a great dentist, not too certain what has been happening lately. We have been patients for over 10 years.We waited over 30 minutes today past the appointment time before they were ready. Always new dentists and they now make us pay upfront...Really disappointed.

I've been going there since i was a little child and now its my little family's turn my daughter love's going to the dentist dany's very good with children she's not rought and the staff is excellent. Very nice people, service . I recommend this place100%

Was here for a cleaning and staff are very nice. Bilingual also.

Been coming to this place for over 30 years. Always a great greeting as I come in and the dentist Dr. Dubreuil always has a smile too.

Don't bother!! I was looking specifically for a child dentist and I had asked the staff on the phone about the dentist dealing with children who are afraid of the dentist. She had no bedside manner with my daughter and no patience dealing with her fears, not even for 5 minutes and told me immediately that she could not work on my daughter and referred me to a specialist. So if your child loves the dentist - go ; if they have any hestitation - stay away, you will just be wasting your time. Find a nicer dentist to work with.

Extremely bad experience. I had been going to this clinic for years but since the pandemic this place is going downhill fast. I waited over one year for an appointment for a cleaning to have it cancelled at the last minute. This happened several times. When I finally went there for an appointment they made me wait 30 minutes and people who got in after me who had appointments scheduled after me went in before me. I walked out and I will never return. They also raised their prices so high that my insurance doesn't pay their rate so I have a huge surplus on my bill. Premium pricing and inferior service.
