Pearls Furniture and Mattresses

I purchased a sofa from SURREY location about a year ago. After a few months, I addressed the issue of the seats constantly moving out of place. I asked if I could put velcro to stop the seats from moving. They told me it would void my warranty. I made a few attempts to address this issue with surrey location where I bought my sofa.Esha from the langley location saw my review, she contacted me. Although my sofa was not purchased from her location, she helped me resolve my issue. Thank you Esha.

Esha was wonderful to talk to about furniture that we were looking for. She showed us which different fabrics were available for the item we looking at and let us see what the cushion from the chair looked like in natural light. She took us outside to see it and it helped a lot in making our choice in purchasing this particular chair. I highly recommend this store and salesperson, Esha!

Although it's a small location, this is our go to location for furniture. The prices are great and the customer experience is excellent.

We had an excellent experience with Pearl's furniture in choosing a custom color for one of their floor model sofas. The staff provided us with an estimated delivery time which was met with no issues. The sofa came in perfect condition and the delivery guys were very careful on our hardwood floors. The sofa legs even had felts already adhered to them to protect our floors. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We love our new sofa!

Very positive experience dealing with Pearl’s in Langley. I did shop around for a Decor-Rest Sofa set from Different authorized dealers and Pearls was by far the best price and overall experience.

We ordered a dining table and chair set and hideabed. They were delivered promptly and for a small fee the table and chairs were assembled. We are very happy with our service from Esha and the delivery crew! And really like our furniture !

I'm happy to leave a five star review for Pearls, they deserve it. We were shopping for a recliner; but my wife has a neck injury that makes it difficult to find a chair she will not find painful. Pearls helped us and we spent a long time trying different options. We finally found a recliner that was comfortable, ordered it in a fabric that we liked at no extra charge, and it was on sale. The recliner is a quality product made in the USA and a substantial piece of furniture that will stay in our home for many years. I can't say enough kind words about Pearls. Their great service has resulted in our becoming loyal customers. Thank you so much.

I spent alot of money at this store. Firstly my furniture took almost a year to get to me due to covid. The furniture is not good quality and the table I bought had scratches on it I was told that's how the design was after alot of back and forth they finally sent me a new table no scratches. My chest of draws came to me in a box and I had to put it together. Due to covidI'm still waiting for my my head board for my bedroom. Not sure how long I have to wait for that. Also please be aware there is no exchange or return policy. I bought a lamp and it was wrong size and no matter what I said I was told no returns at all. This was very upsetting I was even willing to pay more for a proper lamp size. The staff is really nice and professional and not to blame but the rules and management is terrible. I will not be buying from this store again. Please be aware uou will need to put your furniture together and there is no returns at all Even tho their website says customer comes first on my case I didn't. Draws didn't align parts were broken also. The good thing was they reorderd the right parts for me. For that I was grateful. My chairs were rocking because they were not even and one of their guys had to come back and fix the chairs. Just really bad quality furniture and high prices...should have stuck with Ashley's
