I went in with a probable sprained ankle to rule out any fractures today, and I was (still am) in immense pain. I heard the elevator was down and opted to take the stairs because I needed the x-ray. I had crutches but hopping up 3 flights of stairs with those was just not possible, so I had to go on my hands and knees. It was super difficult and a bunch of passerby’s said that the elevator had been broken for 5 months. Having an diagnostics clinic in a building without a working elevator is unacceptable! The staff were accommodating even though they were closing soon so that was good.The stairs were one of the hardest things I’ve had to do being in the amount of pain I was in

Always a positive experience at this Mayfair Westbrook. The staff is very efficient, warm & compassionate. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mammogram needs. :)
