They have been sending me their junk mail via Canada Post for months even though I've contacted them several times by phone and email to remove me from their mailing list. Obviously they are desperate for business which they will never get from me.

They were super nice and very knowledgeable... even though I'd had my hearing tested prior, I learned considerable additional information I will be using to further my quest to help resolve my tinnitus and then I'll be back to get my hearing aid

After suffering with Tinnitus for 8 years and seeing various Audiologists & ENT's I am happy to have found Ascent Hearing. The staff are extremely nice. Ryan is very knowledgeable, provides a thorough service and goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is satisfied. He is the first person that has offered me some relief! He also provided my father-in-law with hearing aids which has made his quality of life so much better.

Harima is amazing! She truly cares about her patients. She asked many questions to really understand my husband’s concern & took the time in cleaning his ear throughly without causing any discomfort. She is very easy to talk to and to get along with, making a long and dreary visit to the doctor a pleasant one - made me feel like we were family.She deserves more than 5 stars!

Had a wonderful experience at this Hear Right location! The staff here are incredibly nice and easygoing; helping to relieve a lot of my anxiety walking in. The hearing specialist at this location I felt was particularly knowledgeable and very thorough which is something you absolutely need when it comes to your hearing as it’s so important! I left feeling less worried and confident that I had the expertise of a trusted and all-round amazing specialist. Highly recommend this location!!
