The experience here was awesome!!Came in looking for a CA99 ($8K) and NV5 ($12K). The salesperson (Robin) could have easily tried to sell us the 12k one but he looked at our situation and suggested the 8k one which tells you enough that he just cares about the customer getting the right piano for their needs. He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, I'd recommend anyone looking for a piano to come here because they truly are nice genuine people and not looking at you as a dollar sign.

I recently started searching for my dream piano. I chatted with Brent from Merriam Music online. I was impressed by his initial email on the Estonia piano. He was thorough and provided me with concrete information and not just sales pitch. I then proceeded to visit their stores at the Robert Lowry location and the Oakville location. I initially selected a piano then decided at the last minute to change my mind. Brent was very accomodating and provided me with a price and solution that I was happy with. I am just now waiting for the delivery of my dream piano. Brent has taken a lot of his time in answering my endless questions and has been very professional. He was even answering my text messages outside of his work hours. His efforts to go above and beyond certainly didn't go unnoticed. Thank you Brent for helping me pick my piano. I will write a follow up review once I receive the piano. I am very excited that I will finally have a dream grand piano.

I purchased a piano from Merriam Pianos. I think it was my lucky day that their director of Sales and Strategic Marketing, who is the nicest person you can imagine, took care of us! He gave us all the information we needed to find what we're looking for, and let me demo the pianos for myself. When I finally found what I truly loved, he gave us a big discount to meet our budget. Their senior piano specialist, who has a PhD by the way, took it from there and was also very nice and decent.The whole experience was so amazing and uplifting that left a lasting impression on us, and because of it, we value the piano we have purchased way more than it's mere financial value.

A great piano shop, their sales manager is very, very professional, patient and can play beautiful music, they will not recommend you pianos beyond your budget, highly recommend this shop!

I had an amazing experience at Oakville store! Brent helped me out to choose a piano that I was longing to buy for a very long time. I have just started learning to play and have no understanding of how to choose a proper piano. Brent took his time to explain everything to me and showed pianos within my budget. I picked a non expensive instrument and was still treated with respect and patience. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

We ordered a piano from here and unfortunately Kawai was back ordered due to Covid. Our initial sales agent kept delaying us until providing a loaner made by Roland. Somehow we were fortunate to get connected with Patrick (Ext 283). He instantly found us a piano in inventory that was delivered to us in 2 weeks. He ensured everything we needed was taken care of as well as the refund as the model was LESS than the one we paid for, despite them being very very similar! If you need a piano call Patrick!
