A couple different times, I was at this Tim's, around 6 to 6:30 pm. Only three people working, cause someone was sick. Ok. Why are two people at the window? No one at counter? It takes two people to make coffee?? The third was in back of store. I was the only person at counter. Could one of the two leave the window for a minute? It's not like I was ordering a steak dinner. Just a coffee and muffin. Gee!!!

Honestly i am beyond livid. i went here with my partner for two crispy chicken wraps around 7:20, an hour and 40 minutes before close. he went in and asked them if they had it, once told no he kindly asked for them to put some on, and paid. the employee on the sandwich line came over and said (with an attitude) that they did not have any crispy chicken. the first employee scoffed that they had to put some on. we were told we would have to wait for at least ten minutes, and so we waited for 15 just to give them some extra time for the hassle. we went back in to get our wraps, and were told that they were cleaning the machine. how this looks to me is we paid, and they chose to clean the machine over an hour before closing time rather then making our wraps. i’ve always had issues with this location specifically with refusal to serve due to cleaning their machines WAY too early. never had this issue with any other tim’s anywhere. im not one to complain but it gets old when every single time you go you get told no.

I frequently place orders through the Tim Hortons app for pickup at this Tim Hortons location. The staff now recognize me so that each time I enter, they know and have my order ready for me. The staff are friendly, kind, and occasionally engage in small talk which is appreciated.

We purchased bagels with cream cheese and they barely put any cream cheese on any bagel. Just in the middle and not even in a big glob you could spread ....no cream cheese as in i can see most of the bagels bread untouched, and the small amount they put in the center you could still see the bread. And they charge higher prices now for THAT garbage? If you see this location just pass by it and save your money for Izzy's bagels where they show quality and care. Izzys at least deserve your money and are just up the street.

Plenty of seating, order is taken quickly, and lots of products available on display on Sat morning. Drive-thru available if you need it. Store is clean and there is enough workers to go through your orders in an organized manner.

I was here around 10am on my way into the city. They were overrun, due to strikers outside, but even so - poor management meant I stood at a cash for 20 minutes and was completely ignored (not even a « I’ll be right with you » and then when someone finally did come back to cash she opened one at the other end, and took people that had just walked in. The lack of teamwork was obvious, every employee was putting together their own orders instead of having people assigned to stations. I ended up walking out because I was going to be late to my meeting. Ridiculous, there was more than enough staff.

While food and drinks r what u cam expect from timmies i was very disguised by 1 worker.A elderly female worker sneezed into her hands and without washing them started preparing drinks. There was no gloves no mask.I had informed a worker of what i saw and was met with a shrug and Oh" and then proceeded with my order.As a person who spent years as a fast food worker this disguised me.If the business views this comment check your cameras around 6:50pm may 25th"

On the regular my iced coffee with no dairy has cream. The last 3 times for sure. Bagels and sandwiches seem to be made with disdain and I haven't enjoyed food from Tim's in a while. Not just this location, it seems all don't really care anymore.
