Flag pole: 27/10 for a work permit post diploma. even on the usa side it took me 3 hours of waiting, but they were very nice and went out to understand me and make themselves understood, especially an agent Schuyler" who was superbly friendly. on the Canadian side it took 1 hour and a half

We did the flag pole for OWP, it was perfect especially for American's agent. They just asked basics questions about you like how many years have been in Canada? what do you do, work or study? Even they asked me how tall are you, anyways, it was great. Canada side, they were little bit strict, I think it was normal. Just bring all of your documents and everything should be right.

I've never been to Canada before what a horrible start, not only did the woman detain me for 20 minutes interrogating me and searching my car she was very rude ,I would say she is a American and man-hater! My dog was terrified and did not want to get out of the car, I was in Canada for 1 hour before I turned around and went back to the good old United States of America.

Nice friendly staff at the crossing and in the duty free shop.

Have been crossing the boarder for decades and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is always professional, friendly, quick ( even when there are a number of vehicles crossing ) and helpful.

Côté USA un vrai bonheur! 2h mais agents agréables.Côté Canadien le désastre …Certains agents très mal aimables voir même agressifs! Une Agente blonde très agressive et condescendante dés l’arrivée, ça donne le ton!Mon amie Canadienne avait honte de voir comment était reçu les gens dans son pays!Nous avons attendu 8h oui oui! 8h! Alors que seulement deux personnes sont passées en 7h 1/2 avec environs 6 agents sur place. Pour finalement être traité en 10 minutes lorsqu’enfin l’équipe du soir a pris le relai et par miracle tout s’est débloqué! L’agent été gêné de la situation et très gentil cependant, alors on garde le sourire !Une Agente nouvelle ne connaissait même pas le pvt ! J’ai trouvé ça vraiment étrange!Mais pour couronner le tout, Pas d’eau potable sur place et interdiction d’aller en acheter! Bref prévoyez des vivres !
