Velour just looks like a small door way but it leads to a good sized beautiful space. Its a modern salon but very comfortable with chairs spaced well apart giving some privacy. I'm fussy as my mom and sister were career hair stylists but live over 2 hours away. Julie who is very experienced and a genuine person nailed my haircut. I have already marked my next appointment at Velour.

The absolute best hair salon in the area. Bright and clean with easy parking and great hours. The stylists are professional and friendly and each carry an impressive amount of experience and education in their field. They use the most amazing international products and the newest techniques in the industry. I drive in from Toronto and this is the only place that I will go! 5 stars on every level.

This salon and lounge is great! They opened in 2018 on the 2nd floor right next to a Tim Hortons! 3 wonderful ladies own it and run it! All 3 are very nice and courteous. They were very professional and friendly! They took extra care to make me feel welcome! I will for sure return and refer my friends and family.

The ladies here are amazing and the new location is gorgeous! I love my new hair colour and cut. They have a really nice selection of hair products that actually work. The EVO brush and hair oil I purchased are amazing and worth every penny! Big Thank you to Sarah for being so sweet and accommodating.

Velour Hair & Beauty Lounge is the best place. If there were more stars, I would have given them a 10.I have difficult hair with dark roots and a lot of grey. I wanted blonde using my dark and blending my grey hair. I got everything I wanted and more. And my cut is perfect! Sarah styled it with waves. Before she styled it, she blew my hair out and I could see how lovely it was without the waves too. Sarah, you're the best! Thank you for such a lovely experience! You know I'll be coming to have my hair done with you once we move up north. I will do my favourite store shopping, visits and just make a full day of it. Thank you so much!-Janice
