$54 (price before tips that was asked for on the pos machine) for a entry level carwash. I must be out of mind in paying for that service. They even didn't clean the door frames inside where everyone else does that. Unless your print money at home, don't throw your money in here.

Courteous and friendly staff. Does a good job on car cleaning but no more senior discount now.

No clean properly I will not recommend to my friends there is no rate outside after cleaning they are telling price $42 but this service $10 no clean fully Bad Service my car still dirty

I just had a car wash, but the interior was not done properly.I spilled coffee in the car yesterday, that's why i need a wash, however, the stains are still found on the driver seat!I paid $50 something for nothing. I go to hand carwash for the interior, but the job was poorly done. The didn't even vacuum in detail! Look at the pictures!For this kind of service, it is no difference from paying $20.00 at those drive-in one for just the exterior!.No next time!

Came in on a cold day, snow is all over the streets but my car was coated in salt and really needed a wash. To my surprise the hard working team was open, the undercarriage gets sprayed unlike many other hand wash places, nice touch where they put a clean towel for you to step on so you don't dirty your floor and then hand remove it as you leave. Arrived home and took these pictures. Also bonus points for having some friendly Japanese staff too! The lady thanked me in Japanese and bowed as I left.(All the team is good, but felt that was a nice touch as the roots of this business is a Japanese business which we all know how good the quality and work ethic is in JP).

Just finished the service there and I have to say I probably will not go back again. They are not my usual place but my usual place is not open until 10 o’clock. That’s why I decided to come here and try. they were both owned by Japanese but the standard of service were really different. This is not a mother and child friendly place. I wasn’t told that I need to remove all those things from the car by myself although the other place remove things for me before vacuuming. I had to remove everything myself and was even told in an in friendly manner that I have too many things in my car. Well, I have a seven month old baby what do you expect? and once I got my car back, the mirror was not right, the rear mirror that I can see my child was also moved so I had to park somewhere else and adjust everything. on top of that, the cleaning job was not very thorough. I can still see some water droplets inside the car. There’s still some hair right on my seat And that’s not my hair. They are also more expensive. And a tip to the staff, wait till the customer leaves before complaining about the customer in the languages you thought they don’t understand. Unfortunately, I do understand Japanese. I gave a three star review because I was hoping I was the only rare cases that they don’t serve with top standard customer service.

Awesome service, great quality and top notch customer service. I recently took our car here as it had been months since it was detailed, and the staff did an incredible job. The exterior and interior were cleaned up and detailed very well! It was impressive to see the team of 5 or 6 working on the car - they had everything done within 15 mins or so! The price is definitely a bit higher than most ($40) but I can’t complain about the quality - worth every penny!

Way too pricey and not worth cleaning as they don't clean it properly. I have brought my van to then and spent $85 just for inside and outside cleaning. But it wasn't clean inside. No vacuum or Dustin..... so guys, watch out for this location....

The RUDEST business EVER! the man didn't care about attending with respect and courtesy. Didn't answer my questions. Instead, he kept laughing in response to my inquiry about the services. He spoke proper English, so the language barrier didn't seem to be an issue. I asked him clearly if he's ignoring me for a reason he brushes me off by saying, I'm busy

First time try to wash my car here and will never come back! Charge $63 . after finish looks at the photo, dust everywhere! they said we only private 5mins interior wash, so I ask him how much to clean my seats and doors. He told me around $300. 10 more mins want $300? This is how Japanese car wash ?! It have so many place at Richmond better than it. From start to finish they keep the unhappy face.#Quality
