I teach English Online and a truck happened to take out my internet line while working. I called Rogers and the Tech was here in less than 1 HR and had it fixed. I appreciate the response time as I need the internet to make my living. The Technician was fast and friendly. Thanks Again!

Not this place specific but why is Rogers almost impossible to get a live person on line.Had to lie about a getting new services to get someone to answer.She got tech for me to be told it would take 24hrs + to have a tech replace my modem 24hrs no TV.intetnwt or home phone.Wort run company on Earth Ted would be rolling in his grave.Nothing but headaches with this 2bit company.

I don’t know who is to blame for hockey telecasting. The Rogers Navigator tells me that the Caps/Devils game is on 4 Sportsnet channels this evening - I go to those channels and they are showing baseball. Sometimes when I go to watch a game it’s blacked out. Why? If you can’t show the game, adjust the Navigator Guide.

Worst customer service ever!!!We run a commercial business, a hotel, with a business account that has over 80 digital boxes from Rogers, along with internet, phone lines and business and personal cellphone lines. I would have hoped that having such a major account with Rogers, that they would be able to provide me prompt, fast and excellent service when issues occur. We spend a lot of money on all these services and we bundle it up to give Rogers our business. That is alot of money that I spend on Rogers services and there customer service has been nothing more than USELESS, UNHELPFUL, and A WASTE OF OUR TIME.Since last Tuesday I have wasted hours and hours on the phone just to get a Rogers technician over to fix some of our digital boxes. On Friday, the busiest day of the week for any hotel, I had to waste 6 whole hours on the being transferred from department to department to department to department for the same issue I have called about everyday since last Tuesday. My hotel was booked since a few weeks in advance and obviously internet and television services is expected by all my guests as these is part of the room charge they agreed to pay for. After wasting hours and hours trying to simply get a technician to come and look at these boxes and get them up and running seeing how I pay for each one to work 24/7!Not only did they provide me the worst customer service ever, but each and every agent that I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful and they found it more productive for them to just transfer me to someone else (not a supervisor or manager like I requested) but just other agents with no idea on how to send a simple technician to a rather big business account that uses all Rogers services.Finally after 6 hours I spoke to a manager and thought I was finally going to get some help so my guests/customers would be able to have cable in their room while staying at my property. For the life of me I do not know why and how but they sent a technician to Toronto Ontario instead of here in London which I prefixed many times! How that is even possible!?! Why am I spending THOUSANDS of dollars a month to spend hours and hours to get something so simple resolved.I have extremely disappointed that I have been simply trying to get a technician from a Rogers location in the same city since last Tuesday. I have wasted precious time on the phone since last Tuesday and still have no rooms tv boxes fixed. I had to arrange for my guest to stay at other hotels because Rogers failed to send someone over to do the job which is part of the service that I pay for and they are suppose to provide.Today is Monday September 25 2017 and I still have no calls or no one here to look at this issue. I need top level manager to contact me as soon as possible. I not only want a technician that can look into this issue personally for me but I also want to discuss a reduction in the amounts I pay for my Rogers services or I will find a provider that can assist me right away. For 7 years I have used Rogers services in this hotel and I cannot believe I am being treated this way.I look forward to hearing from someone in a better position that can directly assist me with these issues as soon as possible.Sushila POwner & General ManagerEconoLodge London
