Hôtel Bon Accueil

The only plus here was their ability to accommodate a last-minute, emergency need for a room. The room was in general disrepair, the bed was small and uncomfortable and noisy guests' voices and music carried through the vents until after 3am. To say sleep was difficult would be understating things. I feel, even in an emergency, that one's money is much better spent elsewhere.

It was decent for the price, but has a tiny bathroom and very thin walls. No utilities (soap, shampoo) so bring your own. Also a fair amount of stairs which could be a dealbreaker for people needing accessibiliy or that have a lot of luggage. Suggested parking was close by and was 9$ for 24 hours at the time, which isn't bad for the location.

Staff was nice,but the building is old, it's clean when you walk in the lobby ,but the carpet on the stairs is old and stained,no iron in the room, when we call front desk they said someone else had it,the top blanket was stain,not a good place for the money,rooms can be decorated better, with good hangers to hang your clothes

Pleasant check in. Very basic room, bring your own toiletries. comfortable bed, smallish bathroom. key to door, three floors, no elevator so not ideal with anyone with luggage. ideal location, close to metro. not a bad place for an overnight stay, would not want to stay more than a day or two at the most. Price is right, you should not expect much more for the price.

I stayed at this hostel because of a friend's recommendation and I found it's a very clean hostel with great service at a reasonable price. I will choose it next time and recommend it to other friends

I wish I could give them zero star rating. I don't know why they call themselves a hotel, It is a cheap Inn not hotel. Metro is close by but the location is a bit creepy ( You can always point out some homeless people and police's car around) not comfortable , small bed.Doesn't have elevator and you should climb up the narrow stairs with your baggage . Everything is pretty old ...

Verry good hotel, been there 5 times so far and never got disappointed! The hosts are always welcoming and nice. The rooms are always clean and fresh, beds are comfy, they provide soap for showers. There is a breakfast in the morning (I forgot the time though x.x) in general out of many hotels I tired in a price - comfort relation this one is the best I found so far! + 2 minutes away from metro!

Very dirty place. Room smelled of urine. Couldn’t stay even 15 minutes it was so Unpleasant. Didn’t feel safe. Checked out without staying. Beware

Staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Everything in the room works. But rooms are small, bare bone, no air conditioner was spotted (but open the window and you hear the lively downtown neighborhood and music at midnight. Luckily, neighbours were quiet ), only 2 water glasses, no coffee machine even, and there is no elevator, so you drag your luggage up the stairs. The price is just 10 dollars less per night than a 4-star Empire Suites right across the street.. I paid an outrageous amount for this accommodation ( must be because it was for Fri and Sat night). My advice is to google hotels on St-Hubert (there are no less than 10 in a row) and check out a bunch of them before committing. Sun night the price went down 50% and was more like what this place should cost.
