I should give them minus 5 stars.Very bad after sale service. We bought a swimming pool there and they instaled it then left all cardboard box on the ground. Did not even dare to put them in the recycling bin. After one week i discovered that the pipe fitting on the filter was leaking,i tried to reach them multiples times leaving messsages in their voive mail box and tehy never ever answered me. I fixed it myself. I will never go back to Club Piscine. Worst of the worst they are.

I bought a pool cleaning robot about six weeks ago. It has never once completed it's cleaning cycle, and ends each time with an error code. After some basic troubleshooting, I brought it back to the store. They attempted to fix it, but say it works normally, which is plainly not true. They won't replace the robot. They refuse to make any additional effort to repair. They're refusing to honor the warranty. And the whole time, the technician acts like I'm the idiot for bringing in a working" robot. Well

It funny how some of these people are more pushy then car salesman lol. I mean you don't have a lot of choices for purchasing a pool. It's them or Trevi. So you are looking for a pool, there's a good chance you will buy one from them. They push SO MUCH ... we ended up leaving. They like reminding us how little" stock they still have... Or consistently asking me if I am ready to buy."

Was asking for help in the pieces section and no one really wanted to help, they answer you with the most basic answer and go back to doing nothing, at least Trevi (another pool store) tried to help me and just showed they wanted to help even if they couldn't. The store is nice at least.EDIT (reply to owner): I felt like I was the one that was disrespected. I asked my question calmly and left when it was obvious your employees were unwilling to help. Also, I came about a month ago, so you might have me confused with another unsatisfied customer.

I got help right away. People are professional, with a big smile and friendly way. They are happy to serve you.I had experience with parts department and pool heater department. The best.

I was initially very excited when I had my pool installed by Club Piscine. However, Club Piscine went ahead and installed my pool on clay terrain. We also live near a river bed in Rosemère, lower Laurentians. I have major water infiltration behind the liner. My liner floated as a result. Except for one manager who kindly played good cop, my problem was not resolved. I was told that I had to install a deeper drain after the fact, which I will do before the fall. They were here long enough to see the water draining into the pool before installing the liner. And, in fact, they expressed concern about the water infiltration. One would think that they'd construct a deeper drain or advise me to do so before all this happened. In any case, I was told that the damage to my stretched liner is not covered under warranty because, as they say below, upon installation the pool was impeccable". And what about the damage this will eventually cause to the concrete? Impeccable or not

Building our pool was a poor experience overall. We purchased the pool in September 2019, scheduled for construction in May 2020. Just prior to construction, our sales rep called me to inform that the excavators had visited our house and indicated that the space at the side of our house wasn't big enough for their excavation equipment to pass through, therefore requested that I pay $5000 extra over the phone as they would have to use a smaller machine. I disputed this immediately, as I had no record of having received that visit from the excavator. I scheduled an appointment with them to verify, they came and informed me that everything was fine and their machinery would pass. When I had disputed this over the phone originally, the rep came across as if I was making the problem. This was my first red flag!Pool construction has lasted throughout the summer, and we only wrapped in week three of August when school re-started. The quality of the pool is good and so too were most of the contractors who worked well when they were here, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars, but there were so many weeks where delays occurred that we didn't really get to use the pool at all this summer which was the whole point. Up to date photos as of today are below as to how our garden looks.When the excavation began, their contractor told us he couldn't remove any concrete to which I agreed. However, I told him to be careful of the tree in the front of our garden as it belonged to the city and was protected. At the end of excavation, they left any concrete directly on the tree (see photo below) and it will cost us $500 approx to be removed. Ridiculous!We had set a budget for our pool. What the company doesn't tell you, is that upon completion of the work, an electrician must connect the pump to make it operational. This is a big job, and costs from $2500 - $3000 extra. We had no idea and were very surprised.When the electrician did this job, Club Piscine staff came back and indicated that he had done the job incorrectly. I called our electrician, and they basically had an argument in front of me on the phone. This was a little embarrassing, in the end the problem was sorted between them but just more needless hassle.Regarding the pump itself, the drainage is oriented in the middle of my back garden. There was no hose or camlock provided to drain to the front of the house. Now I need to go to a local hardware store and purchase these extras hoping they fit.I wouldn't do this a second time if I had to. The after sales service has generally been extremely poor. Whenever we called, the project manager was rarely in his office and his voicemail indicated not to leave a voicemail!? He would also indicate to contact someone else in the club, that we had never in fact met. Communication was regularly a game of pass it one to someone else. Essentially, once we signed the contract and awaited construction, we had no option except to wait. It's been a poor experience and after having paid so much money, (>$25k) we're left unimpressed.

Sales and director need to learn how to deal with clients.Terrible experience.....Your answer has no sense and not true at all any thing to justify. Any way, I'll let the clients read others reviews regarding the sales.

I have installed semi above the ground pool from clubpicine in 2021, immediately after installation the liner cracked and it was clearly installed wrongly which is ideally covered in the one year grantee that comes with it. Immediately I have raised it to them and opened a ticket to fix it . And I have been following up with them ever since and had to explain the situation sending pictures millions of times now and no action from their end . Worst customer service worse warranty ever . Really regrat getting the pool from them and paying thousands of dollars and not receiving the service I paid for . The pictures are tale since installation in June 2021

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Our resin above ground pool collapsed.The inspectors came and said it was clearly a problem with the pool structure and the company would pay to cover the cost. Mr. Cloutier called to refuse the request and blamed us. We tried to explain that the pool was used for therapy for our handicap family member he said I don't care if he's missing an arm or legs you don't get to speak to me with disrespect
