Doctor Tracie has been a great physician to me. So kind and helpful. But the staff who works in there is not really friendly, enough to start looking for another place as it's very frustrating the lack of empathy when someone is in need of an appointment.

Tl;Dr:The staff and doctors are nice, but the system seems to have some holes. I recommend going to in person appointments here only for issues that can be resolved in one appointment. The virtual and phone call appointments are unreliable, and so is the referral system. I would not recommend this clinic for complex or pressing issues.I wish I could leave a better review as the staff were kind and respectful to me, but it seems disorganized, and it's been detrimental to my healthcare. I made an appointment with them through their online system, and the first appointment went smoothly. They took my concerns seriously and went out of their way to respect my chosen name and pronouns.I booked a follow-up appointment through the same system and waited for hours in front of my laptop and was never seen by the doctor. I didn't get a call either. I was confused, but I assumed they were busy or there was a connection issue. I called the clinic to confirm I was waiting for the doctor and they said not to worry he was just with another patient and would be with me soon. This happened three times following this, and I didn't hear back until I called them. They said the doctor was waiting for me in the virtual appointment and called, and I didn't answer. I checked my call logs and my voicemail, and there was no indication they ever contacted me. They charged me a no-show fee anyway to finally be seen in person to follow up with x-ray results and get a referral.I thought maybe I gave them the wrong phone number, but I'm beginning to believe the clinic made a mistake. Today, I reached out to the specialist they referred me to and learned that she asked for MRI results in August (this review is being typed in late December) as part of the referral. They wouldn't send me or a lab an MRI requisition because the waitlist was too long, and they said the specialist usually requests it. I confirmed with her that her policy is to get the MRI first, and they still insisted they wouldn't.When I went to my in person appointment, I showed them my call logs to prove I hadn't received any phone calls on the dates of my appointment and was still charged a fee. I took the initiative to call them directly to ask for a requisition that the specialist had already asked for months ago and was turned down. I want to believe these were honest mistakes, but ultimately, this was negligence.I've been having pain in both my knees and its been recommended that I don't walk uphill or up stairs and to not bend over too often but the world is full of stairs and hills and things need to be picked up off the floor. I can't afford to not work, and between the time I got the referral and now I've moved to an apartment with stairs because it's what I can afford.Getting treatment or even a diagnosis has been pushed back months because they kinda dropped the ball. I'm scared this issue will worsen and become permanent. This could have been avoided or at least mitigated.

Dr Singh helped me over the weekend with fever/flu when my family doctor office was closed. Really helpful team of doctors.

Dr. Morrison was very smart and was able to give me a clear answer that made sense regarding the joint in my sternum area. Also they give you the option of making a $10 food bank donation instead of paying a fee for notes. Talk about good ethics.

I'm so grateful to have found this walk-in" clinic - even if an appointment is required. It's sure better than standing in line elsewhere for hours! Dr. Mather was helpful and very personable."

Dr Cook is my family doctor and she is absolutely amazing!! She always makes me feel comfortable, and she’s so down to earth! So glad I found her, especially with the horrible experience I had with my last doctor. Also, if you need a walk in doctor try Dr Singh! I believe he works most weekends. He takes his time to help you, and follows up with you after to make sure you’re ok!Both Dr Cook and Dr Singh are hands down the best doctors I’ve ever seen!

From calling this morning the reception was fantastic and kind, they answer phones politely and greet you in office happily with a smile which is rare. I was able to see 2 doctors who were both compassionate, informative, and patient. Really a great office all around. Grateful to all - thank you.

I'm going through some health issues and I am so glad I decided to visit Abbotsford Medical Centre. All the doctors I've met are so patient and nice. I never feel rushed and I can ask all the questions I have. The receptionists are also friendly. I'm realizing how tough it is to not have a family doctor when you have health complications but my mind is at ease because I feel like I'm in good hands when I visit this clinic.

Lovely caring doctors here! Especially Dr. Toor! In the past 2 years that I have been seeing Dr. Toor she has gone above and beyond every time. She is easy to talk to and an excellent doctor. Ignore the fake reviews that say otherwise, all you have do is take a look at their fake Google account names to know they’ve never actually set foot in the clinic. I really wish Google would step up and fix this issue so people’s names aren’t slandered on a public forum.
