Following my experience of picking up a parcel, I was curious about the reviews this place has. And wow, I am not surprised at the rating. The world’s unfriendliest person was working the counter tonight. Probably the same “owner” the other reviews are referring to. And the fact that this guy reads these reviews and then tries to justify his behaviour by arguing with reviewers is mind boggling to me. Maybe do some introspection, bud. I can understand the occasional negative review, but when most of your reviews are negative, it’s likely a YOU problem, dude. Still giving this place 3 stars because I accomplished picking up my package without any other issues. If you are considering using this place as a pick up spot for your FedEx packages, don’t. FedEx offers plenty of other pick up locations in London with likely more pleasant people to deal with.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience. As someone who rarely ships anything, i needed some help with putting the correct label on my parcel to return it.The guy was unbelievably rude and told me it was supposed to be ready to go.It didnt get any better from there.I ended up taking my parcel with me and will send it from somewhere else.

The owner of this business needs a seriously reality check. All of the negative reviews are true. You would think a grown adult would take the feedback and better his customer service. Instead, he argues with customers and still finds a way to be the rudest business owner in London. Grow up!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been treated very rudely by the employee/owner? on numerous occasions and the last time was really awful. He was even threatening to my father when he went in on a separate occasion. Not a person who should be dealing with people. Never go there!

Recently had to take care of some package shipping for the holiday. Thought I’d give them a go since they were recommended to me. Had a very positive experience. The staff helped me through the process and my gifts were successfully delivered.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. The employee/owner(?) has no customer skills and is always so rude. He is now refusing to accept any Amazon returns even if they are properly packaged with a waybill secured to it. When asked what to do with the packages his response was to 'read the sign'. As a person with a disability who cannot read, this response and discriminatory and unlawful.Please do us all a favour and hire someone who will actually enjoy a front end job and not treat customers like junk.

I've been coming here for years and I've always had a pleasant experience. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. I've had no issues whatsoever. Reading the comments on here is really shocking to me and unbelievable.

Worst customer service humanly possible. Mar 21 @ 540 pm. Go in, no one is even in the store, took about 3 min for someone to finally show up from the back (I'm on the phone talking so someone should be able to hear me). Old guy working there, extremely grumpy, giving me attitude because a FedEx ground label is on a FedEx express envelope. When I ask for a receipt or for him to scan it, he says you understand

I walked in and was immediately treated poorly by the man who I presume is the owner as per the rest of the reviews. The tone in his voice was so rude it’s actually laughable. I immediately walked out and said I’ll go somewhere else. I don’t understand how some people don’t think about the fact that we, the customer, keep you, the business, in business. If someone doesn’t appreciate my business and can’t even grant me a tiny bit of respect for the 10 minutes I would have needed for them to help me, than I will happily go somewhere else and give my business to someone who appreciates it.
