The waiting time is way much more and every employee was busy with skip door orders it took 15 mins to make a French vanilla medium and it’s ridiculous

Nice place. Good service. Fairly clean. All the things are generally available. Some how one of the handicapped button to open the door is not working. The staff have very heavy workload. Even though it appears staff are loitering around, but really they have tons of online orders. My suggestion is during peak time hire more people they are stretched too thin. I am sure they are exhausted by the time the peak time is over. Very difficult join.

This place has unbelievable long waiting time. On Tuesday night at 7:30, there is no lineup at all. With 3 staffs in the store, and I need to wait over 20 minutes to get a iced cap and a chicken wrap. I asked three times how long I need to wait. A lady always told me the order is waiting for the food. But as I can see, nobody was actually working on my order for 20 minutes, until another lady felt it’s too long. And then it took her only 3 minutes to finish the order. This is ridiculous, and the manager should hire somebody would be able to do the job.

The staff is nice but, this location really needs to work on timing, especially in the morning. You cannot have 1 cashier and 1 person making in store and online food orders during peak hours. I always heard complaints about this until, I experienced this myself more than once in a week. Timing is everything!!

Staff is always great and working hard trying to help customers getting their food orders.I would strongly suggest to keep an eye on keeping the tables clean. Many Tim Hurtons locations have gone down hill with cleanliness.Restaurants should be kept clean. I would suggest to return the trays so we can place our food on it. Stand out from the rest.

I order off the app often for breakfast. My order is consistently incorrect (missing items, incorrectly made beverage etc) at this location. I have resorted to tasting my beverage and checking my bagel before I leave so as not to be left disappointed. I have phoned to rectify the issue with no improvement. The staff are nice enough but probably 5 out of 10 times my order is not right.

About what you'd expect from a Tims. Tables and floors were a mess when we visited here. Not well looked after.
