We asked Mr. Lambert to provide a pre-purchase inspection and he was just the best. He's very professional and gives a quality service. Attentive to details, fast, and he answered all of our questions. Even though we did the inspection on Saturday, a well written, detailed report was sent just the next day. Very professional and I totally recommend him.

Patrick recently inspected our new property, and was thorough, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.Extremely well organised, he checked all aspects of the property, including on top of the roof and climbing around inside the attic, to ensure nothing was missed.His explanations, in both English and French, were clear, detailed and jargon-free so that we all understood the aspects of the report. The same was true of the final written report which Was exceptionally detailed and included photos to back up the assessments.The most useful part of the final report was not only recommendations for improvements, but also links to sites and images of products that would be required to make any necessary changes.Overall, an excellent experience with a great professional.
