My wife and I got a hold of Cody through friends and family. Best decision ever going through Blue Winds!! My Navien water heater stopped working and was giving us a random code we could not figure out, to add to that matter our gas fireplace stopped working as well leaking small amounts of gas into our living room. My wife being pregnant, and taking care of our two other kids had to call around to get a company in to fix this right away. No company would come same day, you can imagine my stress being I work long hours and could not be there to help my wife with all this. Pregnant wife, two kids, no hot water...… and the smell of gas!!! I was freaking out. Cody was able to get there same day and took care of everything that night. He stayed till it was finished, and I was shocked at how little he charged me. I was sceptical at first to get another person to work on my central heating system due to bed experience but I called Blue Winds mechanical and they showed up and did the job quite quickly... professionally and the price was really reasonable Iam happy with the service and would recommend them.

Cody at Blue Winds identified our boiler issue and repaired it within one hour after a large well known company charged for six hours and could't diagnose the issue.. wish I would have called Cody first. Because of this, we got Blue Winds back to replace 4 toilets, fix a plumbing leak, and do a full bathroom renovation. I am 100% satisfied with the service and the work which was done quickly, fairly, and with zero issues. Cody is very knowledgeable and seems to get to the root of the problem right away. It’s really hard to find an HVAC contractor who knows what they are doing. And Cody does. He went an extra mile to investigate and fix an issue with my heat pump when other contractors suggested replacing it. Honest, top quality service!

Blue Winds Mechanical was the only HVAC company who agreed to come over after the snowstorm in Vancouver. All other companies said they couldn’t make it due to the bad road conditions.. And I was without heat... Blue Winds fixed it within an hour! This is what I call a great customer service!
