Let me start by saying Reuben is a great mechanic and great customer service. The rest of the employees/owners I dealt with I cannot say the same, got my clutch replaced and they did it in a timely fashion and did a good job as far as I can tell. However they broke an o2 sensor on my vehicle in the process which they refused to pay for the damages. After some back and forth they eventually offered to cover the labor on the replacement. I figured that’s still not a fair transaction but I need it fixed, got a couple quotes in the meantime from other shops and got a call back from Elllis a week later that the part alone was going to be $380… every other shop quoted me $110-$150 for the part. Unfortunately their one of the only shops to service BMWs in town, I will have to continue doing some business here when other shops won’t touch certain BMW components, however after this experience I will definitely use them as a last resort as I’m not looking to pay for unnecessary repairs when I bring my cars in for specific repairs.

Lethbridge’s best auto repair shop. They offer great services at extremely reasonable prices and avoid doing unnecessary work on client’s vehicles. Excellent communication with customers. I recently had some brake work done at Ellis and shortly after when I noticed some issues when I was up in Edmonton. I called the shop and without me asking, the owners offered to either pay for the repair costs in Edmonton or offer store credit next time I’m in Lethbridge. I am grateful for Ellis Autodrome’s great customer service and high quality work and highly recommend them if you are having car troubles!

Top notch honest service. My BMW had an indicator light noting brakes needed to be changed. Once up on the lift and the wheels were taken off the Mechanic noted the senor wire broke, the brakes had lots of life left. They replaced the wire and charged me a small fraction of what originally quoted. They easily could have just fixed the senor, charge me for the full brake swap and i would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your honesty, I will continue to support Ellis in the future.

Lethbridge is my second home. Normally I have my BMW X1 serviced at the dealership in Calgary, however, if you don’t have the time to drive back or need someone trusted go here!Brakes changed, not a problem! I was concerned about brake fluid, but they addressed it!Highly recommend! Staff is great, service is great and timely!

Never again will i take my car here, I brought my bmw in 3 times and each time, something went wrong. Such as improper diagnosis, incorrect installation of parts and leaving a screwdriver in my engine bay causing my hood to jam shut.

Every time I go to Ellis with our many different vehicles, they get me in in a timely fashion and do excellent quality work!Jack and Melanie are very friendly and knowledgeable! They tell you what’s needed and what’s not, and never try and upsell! Highly recommend coming here, especially if you have foreign vehicles!

Was told this was the only place in town that did Mercedes. Went there to find out why my radio had no sound and they couldn't figure it out, asked to have my sun roof adjusted, and they just oil it, and that didn't do nothing...Whit that said, maybe just oil change mercedes garage, don't really recommend it for other things.

Took my vehicle in as the door ajar light was on. Thought it would be a simple fix. They said I needed to replace a door latch. Prior to them doing the work I asked if they were sure that was the problem. They assured me it was. The door ajar light had been working intermittently at that point. $450 later as I'm driving home the light came on again. When I took it back it turned out to be a very simple & inexpensive fix - just needed a little piece of metal. Since it was there error I would have expected some of my money back but that did not happen. Very disappointed as this place had been recommended as one that would only do what was necessary.I have since talked to the owner and he assured me that he will work with me to establish a trusting relationship. I so appreciate a shop that works honestly with women (especially us seniors!)

Been to three places now who charged a lot of money for a problem they could not find. Took my car here after the last place saying they’ve gone as far as they could because they don’t have the proper tools necessary to go any farther. Fair enough. Paid 200 bucks for that bit of nonsense. Took my car here and get a call saying they can’t hear the problem so I drove it around and sure enough there’s no noise.Wasn’t asked to pay any diagnostic fee like the other places. I’m sure the noise will come back and I will definitely be taking my car to them from now on. This is great customer service. And so hard to find in Lethbridge. Kudos to you guys for not trying to get every nickel out of a customer and saying when it does it again bring it back and the mechanic will take it for a run then and see what’s going on. I only wish I’d brought it there first and saved almost 500 bucks from the other two shops who did nothing and charged a lot for doing it.

Have had service here for my used BMW and Mercedes I have owned. Very prompt at getting appointments work has been excellent and very reasonable price. Very pleased I don't have to drive to Calgary for service
