Impossible to leave empty handed. The pickers have such a great eye and the shop is always filled with amazing product at reasonable prices. Be sure to visit often as they replenish just as often. The staff are always very sweet and friendly.

So much for “community”… every time I’ve gone into the store the staff have been cold at best. Last time I went in I smiled and said hello and the salesperson responded by just barking at me to put on hand sanitizer, which I was about to do as I’d literally just stepped in the door. Today I walked in and it was completely empty, I said hello and no one responded or even looked in my direction. It was just two employees talking to each other behind the cash. We have so many great thrift and vintage shops in the city, I’ll support the ones that don’t make me feel unwelcome every time I step foot inside.

Community is the best vintage store in Vancouver. Not only do they consistently have amazing pieces for reasonable prices, they also support women in the DTES. I find something every time I go in and their stock switches over so often that there are always new treasures to find! The women who work here are absolutely lovely and I always feel welcomed. I've also shopped their online store and had a great experience.

I love this store. All their profits go towards a social organization. They have really pretty vintage clothing and also jewellery made from local artists. Shopping here felt so sustainable, social and fulfilling at the same time.Prices are affordable too and the staff members were all really lovely.Would always come back when in Vancouver!

Best thrift store in the city. Their curation is BEAUTIFUL & fashionable. Great prices. I walked out with several ready to go outfits. They buy stuff by the pound before it goes to the dump & all profits go toward safe use sites. I’ve been to all their locations & this one has the best stuff in my opinion. Check for rips / stains, just so you know what you’re getting. What a beautiful idea and store :)

Freaking obsessed with Community there is no other shop like it. It never disappoints with finds and prices. Knowing that when you shop there you’re supporting women in the DTES makes it that much better,. We are BLESSED in Van to have this kind of thrift and vintage, and their unisex shop around the corner is dope too!!

Pretty poor service. Was not greeted, or helped. When I asked a question to clarify about an item I thought was on sale, I was met with a cold tone and no eye contact. Customer service is lacking- not a great shopping experience at all.

Great shop! Well-curated and such kind and helpful staff. It's a little more expensive than it used to be -- the majority of the amazing finds I used to come across are now sold online -- but it does go to a good cause and it's a nice shopping experience!
