Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

We just moved into a house the had the carpets cleaned by this company. The previous owner hired them to have all the carpets cleaned. You couldn’t tell they were cleaned cause there are tons of stains still; the only way we could tell was cause of the dampness of the carpet. My husband took our home carpet cleaner and the picture below shows the water from one of the rooms. I will be calling them directly too; I would think with professional equipment the water wouldn’t be this gross with a home machine. Very disappointing!!

Paul did a great job explaining everything as he was working on our carpet. Very personable and optimistic. I had called to get a hair wax spot removed which I thought was going to be impossible, but Paul made it happen. Even though the spot left a stain (from the wax) we got the wax out of the carpet and that's all I cared about. Plus on top of that, he had cleaned the carpet in my room and wow does that sweet little machine works wonders. Thank you for the rescue! We look forward using this service again when I move out again!

Had to get our company carpets cleaned last minute. Was very easy to make the appointment. Able to get in within a few days. Todd was very professional. Carpets looked great! Will be using his service again!

Great service team- Paul did an AMAZING job! My carpets and white upholstered chairs look new again- he was able to get the blue marker and dirt out! Cory is a great owner- it shows in his prompt, qualified and friendly team and his overall helpful demeanor. You can tell they take pride in their work! Highly recommend!!

Todd made our carpet look great! My husband had been skeptical because he has been devoted to dry cleaning carpets. I told Todd if my husband said anything positive about our carpet when he arrived home, I would make sure to post referrals. My husband raved! Bravo Todd! DebTodd came back again this year. Wow! I highly recommend this company. I chose them based on other reviews. So glad I did. Paul was amazing. He did a fabulous job of getting the many various stains out, including cat pee. He also gave us great recommendations on how to avoid future stains. You will be very pleased with them!!

Todd is awesome!! He always goes above and beyond!! We got all carpets in the house cleaned and even did 4 area rugs!!Todd is professional- hard working-personable and meticulous at the work he does. Todd has done an amazing job cleaning our carpets!! He always finds a way to get us in and gets all the stains out (including red koolaid throw up)!! Plus the carpets look and feel amazing when he is done! He’s the only person we use and have recommended him to all our friends!

Living in the Twin Cities we deal with many different seasons and so does our carpet. My wife and I have tried other companies in the past and just figured the carpets are permanently dirty and only lightened a bit after cleaned. We were WRONG! We tried Oxi clean after a friend of mine said they were the best. He was right. Our carpets literally came back to their original color with all stains out. I was absolutely amazed as I didn't think it would be any better. I rarely write reviews unless I truly believe there is something exceptional. Oxi Clean is exceptional!Thanks for the great work Cory! you will be called seasonally to fix our carpets.
