Five years I filed bankruptcy in new west minster BC at bottom &associates, a few months later I was flatdeck trucking CAN US coming northbound out of california with a load of Mexican shale rock for Vancouver, in Washington I started hallucinating, it’s happened before but I tried to hide it cause I was afraid to get fired, it got so bad I called police, Washington police brought me to hospital for three weeks, court said I had schizophrenia, so homeland security drove me to the border and gave me to the rcmp which brought me to hospital, fast forward a few years in and out of psych wards in CAN US I finally got medicated and stabilized, I filed many years taxes in 2023 cra said my 2018 taxes had to be done by bottom associates, bottom associates had no idea whatever happened to me I just disappeared into the medical system class 1 licence revoked in 2019 for schizophrenia until psychologist said I can drive again, I forgot I even went bankrupt, my brother Michael said yes Doug I drove you to bottom and associates in 2018, so I emailed bottom 7 times to fill them in on what happened to me, they said my file was closed bc court adjourned my discharge in 2022, bottom said get an AB trustee to deal with it, so I called Allan and Marshall talked to Dave McLeod a trustee, he said he knew the bottom family and to say hi for him, he said ask the bottom family if they would reopen my file for a fee cause I’m on disability now, and if I could do my second financial session over the phone, Dave also helped me with info that I might get a court appointment lawyer to help me if the bottom family didn’t want to reopen the case, also said the supreme bankruptcy registry could give me a list to do if I wanted to represent myself. Since I’ve stabilized somewhat from. Viscous mental health attacks it’s day by day trying to claw my way back to a normal life catching up on five years of neglect of my finances, bankruptcy, health and family relationships. Dave sounds like a good person with a lot of training and wisdom for a young man, I’m glad I reached out to Dave and Allan & Marshall , now I can sleep tonight like a baby cause my mind is at peice and I’m not worried anymore about not being discharged from bankruptcy yet, thanks Dave, sincerely Douglas L Milker
