Honestly the most amazing vet I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Dr.Mergl has been an absolute god send and the countless times she brought hope when we thought there wasn’t any. Her kindness and love radiates through the clinic and I could never have imagined starting my rescue would bring me to her. She is our go to not only for rescues but our own kitties as well. A true hero in our eyes.

We had been with Thorold Vet but they were not responding and our specific vet there had left to Burlington-we were there for over 30 yearsWe have been searching for a new vet and made an appointment for a few days from now but asked for any cancellations. They called us in a couple of hours to come in at 3 today!From the moment we arrived they handled us in a very positive and professional way. All our staff interactions were very positive. Even on the phone they were great! They asked lots of questions to gather info on our situation.We were put in a room right away and waited for the Doctor. Dr Christina Couloulias came in and was great right off the bat. We have a very serious situation with our pet and the Dr was able to work with us on our options and possible outcomes. She didn’t try and push us for anything but she was very helpful in our discussions and decisions. She was very compassionate!!We think we found our new vet!!!Thanks again to everyone for their help today!!

Thank you for saving my cats from the awful respiratory infection they had , I was almost sure they'd loose their eyesight for good.. This left me worried sick and even more depressed and anxious then ever. They really mean a lot to me and your awesome vet did everything she could, promptly and cared for Martha as if she was her own. I can really see that she truly cares about animals. Amazing lady. I wish her the best as well as everyone else at this location. Despite it being an emergency visit, it was really fairly priced and offered exceptional service. I can't thank you guys enough. Thank you so much. Bless your warm hearts thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for animals. If I wasn't broke and on a limited income I would donate to this place as well as the Lincoln County H.S. in St Catherine's in a heartbeat. God bless you I wish you all the very best.

Dr. Merge and his staff are very knowledgeable and caring. I have been bringing my cats to Dr. Mergl for years. He is compassionate and very thorough in his analysis and treatments. I can’t say enough. I always feel that my pets are in great hands when I bring them here. I trust the doctors and their expertise. Thank goodness for doctors like him. Recommend highly.

Dr.Sherry takes her work serious and it shows. She is dedicated to animals and that is why I trust and respect her with mine. She went above and beyond in a situation that proved she genuinely cares for animals which is why I'm writing this. For those reading I switched vets that I was with for 10 years to her. Her staff is very informative on how the appointment went - my previous vet wasn't nearly as informative on my pets health or how the appointment went. Overall I have great things to say about this vet.

So expensive here. They will not even accept help from the Farley fund for those low income.I see them as snooty high class vets. Not a relaxed setting and really sterile and cold environment. I had an issue with my dog along time ago and they did not really listen well to what I was saying and ended up selling me stuff I never even needed...expensive too. I found another vet. I want to feel comfortable when I take my dog to the vet and this was not for me.

The absolute most kind and compassionate staff that I’ve experienced at a veterinary clinic. My senior dog passed recently and their assistance in making her last days comfortable was remarkable. Thank you!

So far they have taken care of my kitten for his first shots and checkup and they have also spayed my other cat.Very professional and knowledgeable staff including reception, techs, docs, etc.Prices were average for the area, no crazy surprises while also not being so cheap that you question the care your pet recieves.Gave a wellness call after the spay to check in on the cat and remind us of what to look for as well.Overall very thoughtful, skilled, and competent staff and we will definitely be back.

So grateful for the care we received at the Niagara Falls Animal Medical Clinic. Our dog Ellie began limping while we were on vacation in the Niagara region and far from our regular vet. They were amazing at squeezing our dog in even though she wasn't a client at their clinic and gave her amazing care and attention. They listened to our concerns without being dismissive and took everything we said seriously. The staff were all amazingly empathetic and kind! Our dog ended up needing x-rays and they got her in for the same day. Can't say enough good things about the care they provided. Thank you so much!
