The Village
The village has been mine and my daughter’s home for the last 3 1/2 years and we continue to be happy with calling this place our home. Shawn has always been an absolute angel and so accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. One of the biggest reasons we have stayed is because of Shawn and his amazing work. I have had the opportunity to use the gym for the past few years and what more could I ask for ?? Access to a clean quiet gym. On top of all of this we get to experience a lovely patio yard and a cozy apartment. THANK YOU so much for being such a great place to call home with many perks!!

The Village
I have moved many times in the last 10 years and have to say this is the best place I've lived hands down. The buildings are always kept clean, they always have people out snow blowing or shoveling off the walks, and Shawn the building manager is fantastic. He is always quick to address any concerns and very accommodating. I've emailed him about minor maintenance issues and had them addressed the next day. If you want to live somewhere that feels like home, the village is a great place to be.

Very quite place close to school and bus stop (just in-front of building).You will have awesome building service handled by professional staff to keep your walkway, stairs, hall way always clean like new.Highly recommend for family with children ( huge park just in-front if your door?I have been there 2 years. I love this place.

The building is in a great neighbourhood and I've met some fantastic residents who live here.The building manager (Shawn) has been an absolute delight to deal with. Any time I've had a question or concern, he has been prompt in dealing with the issue and communication has been awesome. Thank you so much.

We just recently moved into The Village and can not say enough good things about our experience thus far. On moving in the apartment was immaculate, our orientation meeting gave us all the information about the complex, was handled professionally and made us feel welcome. The Village
When we moved into The Village we only planned on living there for a year and maybe move to somewhere else but this is our third year living in The Village. The environment is great, neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet. Enough parking spaces, the apartments are affordable, spacious and beautiful. The management has always been reasonable and a delight to deal with. If you’re considering The Village to live in and if there’s a vacant apartment, I’d suggest you to put your name on the list as soon as possible.

I have lived at The Village now for 2 years. Shawn is an amazing building manager and is always kind and understanding. Jason (maintenance) responds quickly to all maintenance requests and always greets you with a smile. The neighbors are all friendly and I love that I can have my dog with me! I lived in these apartments for about 3 years and had a positive experience. We loved the location, the patio, the access to the gym and that it was pet friendly. The apartments were nice, and whenever we had a maintenance request we never waited very long to get things fixed. Hazelview seemed to be an organized company, and the building manager was very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to move because we needed more space, but we would have stayed longer if we could have.

My roommates and I just moved in recently. Being our first experience renting an apartment, the process was painless and quick! The building manager was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of street parking available is also a plus. Not having to deal with shoveling snow is great, as their team is out quickly blowing the snow away! Living here has been great so far.

I lived there and I loved it. The location, community and services were exceptional. The management at Timbercreek was always outstanding, the availability and the attention provided was always great. Wonderful place for kids and families. I’ll definitely recommend this apartment complex.
