gross huge price gouge , got scammed in terms of price of what bought in terms of hundreds of dollars, was charged may times the actual cost. Wish I never went there. Very disappointed. I didnt ask the prices upfront and should have checked bullion prices to realise I was getting scammed at that time. Save your hard earned money.

Uncle does a fantastic job great price I always come here first because he is very trust worthy and has the best designs, quality, and prices around town also very fast and such great service definitely check out this store

O God! That guy..Poor customer service. Yes, Uncle was nice, when I visited first time . But this guy. Might be his son. He is the rudest one. And that lady as well. I would never visit this store again and wouldn’t recommend

Was going around to other Indian jewelers and they were pricing me ridiculous prices to pay for Suttering my chain. The uncle at this store first told me to get a new chain as I'll be wasting money to get the chain fixed. But as I love my chain, I said no I want to keep it. He said then he'll do it and was so generous with the amount to pay. He was reasonable and very kind. I would definitely come back here.

Worst customer service ever..!! Never going back ever again. Uncle ji is nice but his son is the worst man I have ever met. Please remove your son from the business or else one day he’s gonna make you bankrupt.

Unprofessional staff, and a very rude jeweler. Went in with my mother in-law who had some custom jewelry requests and when picking up her items she wanted to confirm the weight of a gold bracelet without the stone as requested and they basically told her to take their word for it on how much the weight was without the stone. One of her bracelets she sent in for repair came back tarnished and ruined. Shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. Lastly we arrived around closing time and they allowed a toddler to run around on the glass counter tops over jewelry boxes and it was incredibly uncomfortable to see this child put himself at such risk and no one batted an eye. Don't recommend this business and will be choosing another local jeweler to support
