I went to purchase an item on ebay from them for $55 dollars and they charged a hidden $25 shipping charge and then charged in American dollars when they are in Canada where I am, and in the province right beside me. I called them and they hang up on me and would not answer any of my calls and there is no voice mail to leave a message. The final cost for the $55 dollar item was over $116 which is more than double the cost of the item. Ebay was great and said it was bad business and if they dispute it, not to worry and that I didn't have to pay. Beware!
