Big shout out to Dan at the front cash today, it was crazy busy & he had an awesome attitude, personality the best customer service I've received in a long time. The food was hot & fresh too good job guys & you better promote Dan so he stays around.

Love their sweet potato fries, burger was a good size, tasty. Root beer was good and has a special taste of it, different than others. Reasonable price, clean restroom, small space but cozy, large parking lot. Convenient place with drive through order.

Morning cook needs to learn how to follow instructions and make customers breakfast accordingly. Got so many orders wrong. My eggs were so horrible I couldn’t even use them to patch a tire. First time at this location definitely my last. I will travel to try new locations and types of food.

What disgusting food. Kids working there don't give a Bleep about what they are serving.Ordered double teen. Got home.2 dryed old patties, obviously been sitting around awhile.Dried mozzarella on it! Wrong cheese. So kid threw whatever he had lying around on the burger. Small lettuce leaf, one pickle and two little squares of bacon.What a F'N joke this place is. The kids don't care, the mangement obviously doesn't. The owners should lose their franchise for serving this garbage.Everything probably pre-made sitting in a warmer for hours. Nothing is fresh.If you go there, watch. I bet your Fresh burger is served in 20 seconds.

Even Newer Review:I just tried their plant-based nuggets that are supposed to be like chicken nuggets. They are so so delicious!! Wow!New Review:So I just tried the veggie burger that they have beyond meat and it's not bad it definitely does not taste like meat and I would never ever ever give up meat for this no way. It tastes like those Burgers those fake veggie burgers from the early 1990s that you could buy at the grocery store remember in the 90s when the vegetarian cult started? Yeah these are the same kind of veggie burgers but do not taste like meat. But the service at A&W is excellent. And the fries are deliciousOld Review:I had their new Habanero Chicken Sandwich, it was SO good! The bun was perfectly toasted, the spicy sauce was so delicious, the chicken was fresh not dried up, the lettuce and tomato was fresh and perfect. So good! The service was very fast in the drive-thru, where I got my order.

I’m having breakfast at A & W Chatham. The service has been awesome! My breakfast was made exactly as I ordered. The fact that I got a glass mug for my coffee instead of the paper cup I expected was amazing and made my day! Then, I went to pay for another coffee and I didn’t have to pay as it was a refill! Today when places are charging for every little thing I must say kudos to A &W but especially to the 3 women working during my experience here.

A&w restaurants is my favourite place and i usually go their twice a month. Love their food, its always tasteful and fresh. You get full when eat there . A&W has such a good variety of burgers. However My favourite is chubby chicken and spicy habanero chicken, onion rings and root beer as well. I also appreciate the fact that the company is environmentally conscious. Staff is very friendly and polite. Nicely maintained and spacious place with a lot of parking on site. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Prices were reasonable. If you are ordering a little buddy" ask for extra fried onions otherwise it's too blande tasting. Staff did not appear attentive. Lots of them but not engaged with customer. Rather busy associating among themselves."
