F2 Furnishings Calgary

About three years ago, I purchased a chair from F2 Furnishings. It was one of the first chairs I saw. After seeing, perhaps, 100's of chairs, I kept thinking about the chair at F2. I also remembered how much fun I had at the store. I had spent quite a bit of time looking and the young girl who helped me was very personable. The owner, (I wish I asked his name), helped me the next time I was in to purchase the chair. He was very informative and I enjoyed chatting with him. I picked out the materials for the chair. It was ready on time. The delivery was prompt and the delivery man was so nice. He went above and beyond to help me get the chair downstairs. Today, I went in to look at what they had. Once again I had an awesome time. I am looking for a table and it was the first place I went. I really liked a table there but I will look around for a couple of weeks then I will likely return for it!! The quality of the furniture is only matched by the uniqueness. Go for the quality, return for the service!!

Excellent shopping experience. Bryan was knowledgeable of his products and helped us with the customization of our dining table and chairs. We love it! Would recommend and we will be back. We appreciate that the sellers are not pushy.

I have only good things to say about this store, love the customer service, they are not pushy, their price are good for the quality. I am really happy with the love seats I purchased. Brian has been amazing during the entire process.Really unique experience compare to the dozen of other furniture stores I’ve been to.

Staff is attentive but has limited knowledge of their selection. They referred me to look at a catalog and other websites of brands that they carry. After I make my selection, I was told to come back to order. The store does have parking and the pieces of furniture they had for display on the floor consisted of mostly modern and contemporary pieces. The prices were in line with higher end furniture shops and there didn't seem to be much room for discounts or sales. I would recommend looking on their website and calling to make sure the piece you want to see is there before going.

This place has some very cool and unique furniture. Bryan (the owner) helped us out. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were only looking for some stools. We got 3 stools custom made in the colors we wanted. The stools arrived in a few boxes. Once unpacking we realized we had to build the stools (which seems wrong at $450 a stool). But, once built the stools are very comfy and the quality is great. We did have one cushion that was damaged from shipping. This was not F2's fault, but the process to get a replacement was painless and very easy. Bryan was so helpful from start to finish. He was so easy to work with and not pushy at all. When we need more unique furniture, will definitely be looking here again.

My wife and I originally stopped into this store to try out the Endy mattress. We were helped by Peter and ended up buying a different mattress that better suited us. The staff was extremely helpful and the owner Brian is also great. They carry amazing pieces, well built furniture and very reasonable pricing for the quality. I would highly recommend anyone looking for modern unique furniture to check out this place. The staff are super friendly and very helpful to ensure the product aligns with your needs. Best of all they are non commission unlike other big box stores so they focus on getting you what works best for you.

A very good selection of modern furniture and accessories. We purchased a couple of chairs and an area rug from here and had an excellent experience. We were provided advice and even moved furniture in the store to see how different colors would match. After the purchase, when there was a small issue with one of the items the owner, Bryan, addressed the issue immediately and to our satisfaction. Excellent service, products and value.

Superb customer service with Canadian made furniture that is fairly priced. Love this store.

It's easy to give a positive review when everything goes smoothly and there are no issues. But, it's when something goes wrong and the store goes out of their way to fix it that they're meaningful. My bar cabinet arrived damaged due to the manufacture's packaging for shipping, after a quick call to F2 they had me take a few pictures of the damage and that was it. They took care of everything, no questions asked, and I didn't have to fight with them. I just had a brand new cabinet, no damages this time, delivered and the old one taken away. I will shop here again, exceptional customer service!
