Due to the sudden hot weather this week, Starbucks became very busy as many people wanted Frappuccinos. Although I ordered through the mobile app ahead, I still had to wait for 15 minutes. Despite being in a rush, I drove away after receiving my drink. However, I found that my Double Chocolaty Crème (no coffee) Frappuccino had some green sprinkles on it, which worried me. I hurry took a sip only to find that it was not at all what I had ordered. They had given me a Chocolate Java Mint (coffee) Frappuccino instead.I was extremely frustrated that despite placing my order through the mobile app, they were unable to fulfill it correctly. The busyness of the day was not an acceptable excuse, and I suggested that they assign staff who are able to read correctly. Since I never drink mint, I ended up throwing the drink away.I strongly advise against going to this location, as they have gotten my order wrong 50% of the times I have been there. You will likely regret it if you go.

The milk tea I had was delicious. The workers were kind and it wasn't awfully busy. The star off was for the bathroom. It reeked of urine and there was pieces of paper on the floor. Not the cleanest starbucks I have been to.

I got three of the egg and sausage muffins and they causes my mum , my sister and myself having an upset stomach. The meat taste wired. Very disappointed.

May 15th about 3:30 pm, I had the most unpresent experience at this Starbucks location, the young man with grey T-Shirt with rude service. I didn't get his name but I will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

As a regular customer of This location for over a year now, I can confidently say that it continues to exceed my expectations. Whenever I visit, I find myself gravitating towards their Chai Tea Latte in its various forms—hot, cold, and frappe. The flavor of the tea is simply exceptional, and it keeps me coming back for more.One of the things I appreciate the most about Starbucks is their consistency in delivering delicious drinks. Whether I choose the classic Chai Tea Latte, opt for the iced version on a hot day, or indulge in the creamy and refreshing Frappuccino, I can always rely on the tea to be flavorful and satisfying. The blend of spices and the balance of sweetness create a harmonious taste that keeps me craving more.Being a regular customer, I have come to rely on Starbucks for my daily fix of Chai Tea Latte, and they have never let me down in terms of both taste and service. The staff is efficient and friendly, ensuring that my drink is prepared just the way I like it. Even during busy periods, I have never had to wait excessively long, and my drink is consistently served on time.

Quick and friendly service, but the washrooms are awfully dirty, and the location overall is not very clean. Parking is limited by the store, but plenty in the plaza itself. Pretty busy location with some seating inside

This location has a great staff team, they’re very friendly, hard working & efficient! Limited seating throughout the afternoon. Great place to sit, drink your coffee & do some work! ❤️

Nice service, nice plug ins to study, good wifi, and standard but good drinks. The peppermint white chocolate creme frap was yummy.The loss of stars is from the washroom. It smells strongly of urine, the floor is wet, with what I don't exactly know... It's more than water on that floor, and there is toilet paper all over the ground. It's kinda... Like a urine pool in there... Yikes for sure!
