Don't book the last row of seats on the balcony. You'll have to look over the heads of everyone ahead of you and not in the way that is comfortable or watchable.The theatre is a warm and warming experience.

Saw Fairview play here and it is a must see. Theatre was clean and easy to navigate. Staff were all very friendly.We sat on the balcony and the space was quite small, not enough leg room if you’re over 5 feet. The theatre itself is pretty small and intimate, I don’t think the actors had mics on during the performance.We still could hear them clearly though!

Great theatre, very unique building! I’ve seen Cabaret Noir and Fairview so far in this season and loved both of them as they were pretty edgy! Also it’s amazing that they support The Esplanade’s community arts organization, Jamii.

Great building, atmosphere and plays. People working there are knowledgeable and engaging.Two things that can be improved:1. Balcony front row seats should come with a disclaimer for leg room. I am 186cm tall and could not fit in there without twisting my legs into an uncomfortable position.2. Better labelling of washrooms. I support what you are trying to accomplish but we can do better. I walked into the washroom labelled 'with stalls' and made the women there feel uncomfortable. As soon as I noticed that I rushed out to the other washroom, but was left feeling awkward all night.

The production of Little Dickens" was as ingenious as it was hilarious. What a novel format is the small stage with its cast of marionettes
