Team leader Yuvina or Yuvika (dont remember name now) dont know how to talk or behave to customers,never seen such a rude lady and so many unnecessary questions later on got so much frustated so i told her that i dont need your service.Worst Experience.

Such discrimination. I was asked why my name is not Indian when I looked it. The lady then insisted to know which country I was born in. I refuse to answer such outrageous questions to send a money transfer. I will not be using Western Union again.

Front desk guy jagdeep has 0 customer service skill . I have Never seen such an unprofessional in my life. I went their around 8:40 pm they will be close at 9 pm. He said with rude attitude. Why you here at 8:40 need to visit early.

I visited this store for the firt time , great great customer service by (VICTORIA). .. shes very polite , professional , and experienced.cash money’s extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful person (VICTORIA) in your store.will definetly be back and also refer to my all known ones,THANK YOU so much (VICTORIA) for being so dedicated and having such a great personality!! Frint desk Yuvika has 0 customer service skill . Never seen such unprofessional in my life . Keep talking long like chit chat to the cuatomer while we were waiting in the line and then she asked me also unnecessarg question for western union like whom you are send what the relationship why you are sending what he gonna do with money . I got so much frustated so i told her to give me money back and then i went to westwood mall lication i got better price and amazing customer service
