It was great. Went for a relaxing weekend with a friend. The pool was in need of a good cleaning, but otherwise everything was clean, especially the room! I would stay again. The breakfast looked delicious and my friend loved it, but with my non-dairy restrictions I couldn’t eat anything other than hard boiled eggs and dry toast. I would still stay again. Oh, and the pillows… what pillows lol not the best! But everyone has their own preference!

This hotel is great. It’s very new (built in 2021). And all the common areas are very well maintained.The room is clean, spacious, with typical home2suites layout. It seems to be located in an industrial park area, but it’s still pretty quiet.The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a home2. Sausage egg muffins, premade omelets, oatmeal, vegetarian offerings. Not as good as a made to order bar (like embassy suites) but still very good nonetheless.We did. It use the pool but it looks nice as well.The staff have all been exceedingly nice and attentive.

Highly recommended! From the front desk staff with great customer service especially Zeela (if I’m not mistaken) to the room that we booked was very clean with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave & coffee maker and a free breakfast the next day! Absolutely one of the best stays we had. THE BEST DEAL.

If you have other options for a stay I would recommend you explore those first before you stay at this location. Room was not very clean. Nothing worst than a bunch of hair in the shower. The breakfast is also below the typical Home 2 standard that I have come to know, plus they have breakfast police to moderate and harass the guests. I’m a life time diamond member and I have never seen or been treated so disrespectful!

Beautiful and very clean spacious rooms. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This hotel is right off the highway and close to many shops and restaurants. It was a perfect stay.

Fantastic experience and homely feeling one can get at this place. The breakfast is the highlight and is sumptuous. Special thanks to Harpreet at the front desk for her warm reception and excellent hospitality. Thanks Team...will surely recommend to anyone planning a trip.

If I can do 0 I would. I booked this hotel 2 months ago knowing it would be busy. I needed to change my reservation for minus a night. Well apparently that gives them grounds to charge more. So in the end I was paying the same for 2 nights as i was for 3.We showed up there was zero parking. When getting there they also denied me using my government discount ID.When we arrived there was zero parking. I advised then I parked in the smart car parking as I was not walking with my small children at night time. My room was supposed to be 2 queens. I recieved a king with pullout bed which is fine. However the pull out bed was horrible. It needed replacing badly. My oldest daughter ended up making a bed on the floor instead as that was better then the pull out couch.We woke up breakfast was terrible only the dry cereal was good. The pool was so dirty it was unbelievable. We did not stay there. There was clumps of hair inside the pool and all over the deck of the pool.That next night there was a party on the patio which is under our window. I called the front desk to see when it they shut it down. And apparently it's 11 at night. If you want to sleep make sure your room is not around 210 because it's like your sleeping with windows open to the party.I called to have a late check out since my kids were up most of the night due to the noise. And nope we had to check out by 11am.I will not be using this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone.

We were a guest at this hotel visiting a family member. Unfortunately within 2 hours of visiting our vehicle was stolen from the guest parking lot. The front staff did show empathy and assisted with reporting it to the authorities. The hotel surveillance wasn't able to capture the thieves license plates due to inadequate lighting in the parking area.Besides that our family members did mention the pull out bed had dirty linens and sunflower seeds from another person's stay and that housekeeping had left for the day. A hockey tournament was taking place during their stay so there was no other rooms available except for one (and upon checking that room, it was dirty as well).Be aware if parking your vehicle there, we were told this wasn't the first time vehicles have been stolen there!!

I stayed at this hotel from May 25-30 for a wedding with my family. I booked 4rooms for my family hoping to have a nice family vacation. I am giving this hotel 1star, reasons are belowPros: Clean, friendly staffCons: Every single day around 3pm or so someone would do weed in the room and the hotel smelled terribly. I understand it is legal in Toronto but the hotel clearly states it is a smoke free hotel. Nothing was done. Every floor smelled horrible. Issue was addressed but no action taken. We had to deal with is for 5 whole nights/6days.Breakfast was horrible, it was the same thing every single day. Eggs, Eggs and Eggs. I have visited other home2suites and they had a wide variety - waffles, pancakes and menu was rotated. This hotel breakfast menu was limited, it seemed like they were trying to save their money as much as possible. Also the time on the website indicates 6am-10am. When questioned about it they said it is from 6:30-9:30 and they wouldn't change the time. Misleading.No complimentary coffee. Which should have been available for guests at all time. others locations have it available.I would highly recommend to avoid staying at this hotel. I can definitely get a better hotel for the amount I paid for 5nights here. If you display smoke-free hotel than you should keep it that way.

The rooms are modern and very clean. Customer service is amazing. The manager and front desk employees are incredibly nice and accommodating. Loved staying here!
