They need to clean up often. Also no option to get the receipt. The instructions to get the receipts do not work. I tired many times on different accounts and credit cards

I use to like this place, however recently it has gone downhill. Almost every time I go now the water is NOT hot, sometimes cold. The snow removal on the property is terrible. Very iccy and they push the snow against the fence where everyone wipes down their cars. The fence at the South end of the property has a huge hole and it allows homeless to walk right in on you to solicit while you're washing your car. I am not returning here again.

ISSUES WITH CREDIT CARD READERS: I have experienced issues with credit card readers many times at this Car Wash. Here's the sampling of my credit card debits on March 19, 2022, starting 7:57AM. I used the bay second from extreme right when you are standing facing the bays. 7:57AM: $10, $10 and $2; 7:58AM: $10 and $2. 8:02AM: $3.06; 8:12AM: $10; 8:16AM: $3.33. FYI, i just washed one car. If the final billing is $2+$3.06+$3.33, this should be ok, but not sure until I see credits back on my credit card. The first $2 charge is an overcharge because of the misread when I had to again swipe my card after tapping once when the reader showed an error message. And yes, the owners/operators should fix the leaking soap brush hose in the bay i mention.

I have been using this car wash for over 10 years and it's always been in good working order and clean. It's great that they have done updates and have tap to pay. Price is comparable to any other wash place.

It is a nice place and I have used it several times. There is a coin machine on site and uses Credit Card payment system as well. Accept Loonies and Toonies but quarters.Usually very busy so the best time to wash ia early morning or late evening. Not during rush hours oe weekends

Never used credit card here today I go for car wash machine charge me 3.50$ and iam check my balance in card again charge 10$ why you charge me double who can refund my 10$ very bad car wash

I been coming here over 5 years now and alway wash my car with 2 dollar rinse 2 trisoap then use microfiber sponge because their brush is old and it Scratches the car and then 2 dollars for rinse at the end. But today was the middle of washing my car, and they asked me to leave because off I was using my sponge. They said I was taking too long. I waited 30min for 2 cars ahead of me and I take about 5 to 10 mins max to wash mine car.

Not all the bays have credit card readers that work. Specifically, the first bay as you arrive at the car wash. Be warned that none of the buttons to open the bay doors inside are operable! So, if your the second car into the two car bay, you better hope that the person in front of you finishes first or your stuck waiting....... just as I am doing while writing this review. Don’t bother calling the business to let you out as no one answers. I personally will not be returning.
