Do not take your shoes here!!!Would post zero stars if possible, hack that calls himself a cobbler. Destroyed a brand new pair of shoes (still have tags on) with his poor workmanship, then when confronted was told this alteration is what I asked for. Wrong material, wrong process, this guy is an absolute hack. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

I was quoted $10 over the phone to place a snap in my leather jacket. I took the garment to them and the work was done while I waited. The final charge was $9.45 including tax! The lady technician did a wonderful job. I will take my repairs to this business again in the future. Very pleased.

Literally the MOST hack job I have ever seen in my life. Not only is the stitch work absolute garbage, it was supposed to be stitched evenly on both side the extend the width, they only worked on one shoe per pair?! One shoe had an extension and the other nothing, for BOTH pairs. Then they have to audacity to tell me that’s what I asked for! Who I’m their right mind would only want one shoe to fit?? I will NEVER go here again and strongly don’t recommend. Horrible customer service and no responsibility taken for this massive mistake, or lack of care for my $150 shoes. That’s $300 I’m out, so thanks for absolutely nothing.

I've brought several pairs of shoes to the Quality Cobbler over the years, all of which were treated with exquisite care and attention, but this last time was the cherry on top. I brought my beloved eight year old Ugg boots in with two tears in the leather to be repaired before they grew and ruined my perfectly broken in boots. I received a call back and went in to speak to the Cobbler personally; they explained that my boots could not be invisibly" mended

Reheeled a pair of Western boots for me and did an excellent job at a reasonable price and courteous and friendly customer service.I would highly recomend this buisness for repair work :-)

Not only did they help resole some reproduction vintage boots (at a fantastic price) that I was worried about, but they also helped to advise improvements and solved some comfort issues to turn the boots from an occasional wear to now a common wear. I trust them completely with my shoes, and even though it is well out of the way for me to visit them, their service and expertise is peerless and will be my go-to cobbler.

If I could give less stars I would. This hack absolutely destroyed a brand new pair of shoes. Didn't do the alteration as asked then when asked about shoes was told this is what I asked for.

This is the second time I have brought my boots in to be re-heeled and waterproofed. They always come out looking like brand new boots! The customer service here is really great and they have very fair pricing as well. Thank you :)

Bad customer service. I came in to widen my boots - simple enjoy. I called in to check if my boots are ready to be picked up and the person who answered wouldn't listen to be that I was promised that it will be ready that day. They insisted that it will not be ready for at least 3 weeks. I came in days earlier and guess what, they were ready. Worst part is I don't see the change of width of my boots. I put it on and it's the same. I didn't want to go back because of the awful customer service they provide. I do not recommend this place. Too bad there aren't many shoe repair in Victoria.
