We lately purchased many kitchen and vanity pieces from the store for our entire house renovation, ranging from kitchen faucets, sinks, to shower sets and bathtubs. They have wide range of selections, in the showroom as well as on catalogues. We had great experience with the assistance for ordering, flexible deliveries and other requests such as replacing pieces due to wrong installations. The store manager Kim is extremely nice, responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this store.

We decided to renovate our master bathroom this summer. We visited tons of places. We had a hard time finding all the items we wanted and with good delivery time and service. We recently had our kitchen renovated with new countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet. We are extremely pleased with the service and products provided by Royal Bath and Kitchen. Prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. We dealt primarily with Kim and she went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were quite happy with the product and service she provided and would use Royal Bath and Kitchen again.Hi, it's been a year and a half since we did our home reno and I just want to add an update to our review to say that the after-sale service provided by Kim has been FANTASTIC. Five stars all the way. We had a cartridge leak on one of our bathroom faucets, and Kim went above and beyond with her support. Riobel didn't have the part in stock and were going to be three weeks getting it to me. Kim gave me one of hers so I wouldn't have to wait for Riobel, showed me step-by-step how to replace it and even gave me the special small allen key I needed to do the repair. The bathroom faucet is repaired and working perfectly and completely leak free now and I didn't have to wait three weeks for the part from Riobel. Before we purchased, I felt buying from a store like Royal Bath and Kitchen and someone like Kim was the right way to go because the level of service, support and education about products, features and manufacturers that we would get would be much better than trying to get someone to help us at a big box store. It turns out I was right and the after-sale service is part of that and further confirmation that we made the right choice. Thanks for all your knowledgeable support, Kim.

At the beginning of the year we decided to start a complete renovation of our two washrooms. Practically everything had to be replaced. The variety of fixtures, vanities and accessories available online and in stores was overwhelming. After dealing with many bathroom stores in Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill areas, I found Royal Bath & Kitchen. They carry a variety of quality brands at very reasonable prices. Kim and her team are great to work with. I find them honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend.

UPD. Kim did everything to satisfy our concerns. Thank you!Purchased two bathroom vanity sets with wall hanging storage unit Salgar Spain manufacturer. One set was returned successfully - it was damaged out of the box. The second unit had no visible damage and was installed about a month later, per the installation guide. Upon inspection, both the wall and vanity units were miss-aligned. Drawers do not close all the way, and the product was defective out of the box. Installers from Pierdeco came in for an inspection (reason for two stars, otherwise it would be -5 stars). The installer said that the units were defective and nothing could be done to fix the issue. Numerous phone calls and emails back, and we were offered a $100 compensation for a $3000+ dollars set that came with manufacturers defect units ordered out of the catalogue. I declined, and from then, they have just dropped off planet earth, not responding to emails or phone calls. Beware that there is no after-sale customer service and no aftersales after installation guaranty. If you will install a brand new defective vanity, that's what you will end up looking at every day in your remodeled washroom, till you decide to dash out another $15000 dollar washroom remodeling. Waist of money, waste of time and super bitter aftertaste… oh and BTW they are not on BBB list accredited or otherwise.

Her store carry a variety of quality products at different price points and offer many good options at reasonable prices. She is patient, detailed-orientated, knowledgeable and resourceful. We purchased a variety of products from her including fixtures, kitchen sink, bathtub, to vanity and mirror etc. and love everything. We are deeply appreciated of Kim's help over a few months so we can completed the renovation in time and within budget. Nowadays even though there are so many options of products availble online or at local home hardware store, I find the personal service at Royal Bath and Kitchen unparalleled! Highly recommend!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I bought heated toilet seats, faucets, showers and more. Everything including the items and services were superb.
