My experience with this insurance company has always been great. The staff is always very helpful and found me a policy that fit what I needed. The insurance company itself has always been involved in the community. They have held many events for the community and have also donated to so many amazing charities. Definetly recommended for any insurance needs.

I don’t know what it is. But my broker seems to be REALLY hard to get in contact with. It’s almost as if they’re avoiding you when it’s their job to provide your needs. I have called their office 3 times to ask a couple of question in regards of my payment. The receptionist have told me that particular person is in, so she had then transfer me to them. Their phone just kept ringing and ringing and eventually will go on voicemail, it was like that as well when I called the 2nd time. They seem VERY UNREACHABLE, UNAPPROACHABLE and doesn’t do very well communicating with their clients. Very disappointed, definitely will be switching brokers/company to get insurance with. They can’t have their clients waiting for them for days. It shouldn’t have to be that difficult to get in contact with someone ever, no matter how understaffed everyone is. Overall ridiculous.
