Very clean gas station with a very nice ambience for a washroom. Excellent!

Stopped in here to get drinks and use the washroom. This was the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen! It smelled so so nice! The guy working was so friendly as well!

Today July 5, 2023 at 9:10 am. I went to this location and pump was prepaid. I walked in to pay Staff was talking to someone. I waited and waited staff was pretending I wasn’t there. Instead of arguing with him I left and thought writing a review make more sense than gettin upset. Keep up great work and attitude. WELL DONE

After over ten years of getting my gas for all my vehicles at this location on Plains Road in Burlington, I will not be returning here and Never giving my money to any Shell again. Person working was extremely rude, blatantly scarcastic and mocked every word I said. Customer Service here is Discusting: I will be spreading the word to all my friends and family about how Shell treats their customers.

Didn’t get the name of the absolutely amazing employee working (Visited on May 9 2023 @ 2:15PM) but he was so sweet and kind. The bathroom was unbelievable I couldn’t believe it was a gas station bathroom, squeaky clean and nicely decorated. If you need to stop your long trip for a bathroom break go here because I promise you’ll be just as shocked.

I had to wait for the guy behind the cash register. He was using the washroom I believe. Not the worst 30 seconds I have had to wait though. Other than that, he was very friendly. So not a bad experience.

Very clean store and the staff is really friendly. DG was very kind and polite and had a funny conversation when I was hesitating while purchasing the lotto max. Definitely going back to get my next ticket.

Hi. I just want your opinion that I stopped by today looking for a job and wanted to drop off my resume in case they have a vacancy right now or in near future. I dropped off my resume not less than 20 gas stations today. But the guy working there (not gonna mention any name) refused to take my resume saying I am gonna just throw in garbage right now, try again after some time. Is it weird or I am feeling wrong about this incident?

Avoid this Shell location like the plague. I filled up here because the price was really low, fortunately I still had half a tank of gas left. I was able to start my car and drive home but the next morning my car would not start, weird! Had to get towed to the mechanic and he diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, BAD GAS! Not bad per se just water in it probably from poor maintenance and when the fuel truck comes by it mixes the water up from the bottom to the top where it can get pumped into your tank. He said I was able to start up at the station because the water in my tank hadn't settled yet. He drained my tank and refilled it and started first try and never had a problem since. This location refused to take responsibility or even acknowledge a problem. Admittedly, this took place several years ago but my neighbour just told me he had the EXACT same problem at the exact same location with the exact same response. So now we're both writing reviews to warn others.
