J'ai eu un problème avec ma pompe à eau et mon pressure switch, et j'ai appelé, laisser et message et peu de temps après, Maxime a rappelé. J'ai été étonné par leur service exceptionnel. Non seulement il ma aidé par téléphone, mais il a été au-delà, même après les heures d'ouverture, pour s'assurer que mon problème était résolu. Sont dévouement et sont expertise étaient vraiment impressionnants. Je recommande vivement pour leur service client exceptionnel!

First class equipment and service. No BS! No creepy sales people (had a few of those), just a honest, sincere, knowledgeable team totally dedicated to helping you get the best quality water possible. I had a contamination issue, and with a 14month old infant. They guided me through the entire process, and then had a third party certify the quality on water coming out of my faucets. Thank you Maxime and team!

I searched for a couple of weeks for a good company for water treatment system. I found a great company in eureK. Customer service was exceptional, they are very knowledgeable, the price is right and it’s a fantastic system. Would highly recommend them.

Really excellent service!We had a new Kinetico Premier Series XP water softener installed and then a Viqua UV disinfection system as well.Maxime is very knowledgeable, skilled and experienced in his field and Christine provides excellent customer support and service.Our Cheesa well water is clean, safe and drinkable. We heard you were the best and we totally agree, THANK YOU!
