I attended the clinic for several months due to post-concussion symptoms, trauma and PTSD. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress related to my health issues and needed support.I saw Jane, who is very personable, soft spoken, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable of Chinese medicine. Jane always made me feel comfortable and was gentle in her approach with me, which I very much appreciated. My acupuncture sessions helped my symptoms over time. Unfortunately, I could no longer continue with receiving treatment due to financial circumstances as I don't have insurance coverage. However, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to find relief.*It's a very clean and professional setting, but it's not a spa like setting, if this is what you're looking for. However, Jane is wonderful and has a very cheery and pleasant disposition and is well educated in her field.

Fred is amazing at what he does! Genuine person who cares for his patients. Very personable, kind, funny, so caring and makes you feel like you're in good hands :) He has a passion for what he does and I would 100% return again! He's extremely knowledgeable about his acupuncture practice. I can't speak highly enough and I highly recommend! They also bill directly so very convenient.

Jane has helped me heal long-standing health issues that no one, in western medicine or alternative medicine, has been able to do. She is patient and compassionate and provides insight into her how she works with your health from the perspective of TCM philosophy. For the first time in many years I have regained a sense of health and well being and relief from chronic pain that nothing else has been able to remedy. My only regret is that I didn't listen to my aunt a year ago when she had repeatedly recommended I see Jane for help with my chronic issues. If you are looking to understand the root cause of your suffering and to find healing, I would highly recommend giving Jane and Frederick a call.

I have been seeing Jane on and off for about 10 years. When pain strikes I go to her before my MD. I look forward to my appointments. She has helped my aching shoulder joints and neck as well as back pain. I often fall asleep because I'm so relaxed. I also love the cupping.

I have been getting acupuncture treatments by Jane for a long time, for everything from a bad cold to pain and digestive issues. Many people my age are on multiple prescription drugs, but I believe with the care she has provided, I have been able to avoid that fate. Sometimes the results are immediate and other times for more chronic ailments it might take a few sessions, but going to Jane and Fred’s clinic is always a positive, even soothing, experience. She is extremely knowledgeable in her practice and explains the treatment, as well as being reassuring, efficient, friendly, and upbeat, and I always look forward to my treatments, knowing that I will leave much improved from when I arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

March 23rd I had my1st visit with Jane. What an awesome experience. Jane & I discussed my issues & what I was looking for. Jane really listened & came back with a plan. I've been seeing Fred and Jane for 4 months after I experienced burnout from my job. Both Fred and Jane are very knowledgeable and talented at the work they do. I was a bit skeptical at first because I'm afraid of needles but both of them made me feel comfortable the entire time. 4 months in and I'm able to wake up and work without feeling tired, I'm even starting to exercise again!
