If I couldGive it a ZERO star I would The service staff specifically Neil needs customer service training. He was awful to deal with and had a horrible snarky, rude condescending attitude and was frankly a bully and that was completely inappropriate. Would I ever go there again …..NO definitely not, there are many options for Ford dealers and I will share our experience with anyone and everyone I meet, my Ford repairs will be going elsewhere I will Never recommend Blue Star Ford in Simcoe.

We are thinking it was in early November when our 2016 f150 limited was in for a clonking wheel noise. Apparently it was a loose wheel bearing nut and possible vacuum line leak. The service tech said they plugged the line and repaired it. It was under the extended warranty with $100 deductable. Turns out a piece of vacuum line was not put back on and we didn't realize the auto 4x4 wasn't functioning until late December once snow was on the Rd. Now February the clonking returned somewhat so the repair was short term. In the past, Usually we thought the service tech was great and we posted a good review in the past, however the last (recent) repair we're asked for credit card and treated differently overall and we don't know why. To us this bothered us. Perhaps there's another reason why the repair was short term and we don't know that reason but It cost us a $100 bucks for the part/s missing or the repair now needing further repair again. We suggest to others, Make sure you check the repair done (if possible) before leaving the dealership to better understand what was done and why. Overall we feel they should have repaired the problem but maybe being to busy at the time they misunderstood the problem ....

Lincoln Continentals are not a good investment parts are 1/2 a year or more to get no warranties on defective parts paint peels off the aluminum body electric door handles are fire hazard with a $2500.00 replacement cost transmission line failure $1500.00 Oh well it's only money

The young man Evan, dropped me off back at work and then Darren called with great news. The customer service from A to Z was the best I have had so far and i am grateful. I had tried to purchase an electric mustang from numerous dealers, and was given a run a round or bate and switch. I contacted Bluestar Ford and was happy they still treat customers with respect. I live 230 km away from the dealership, and they made the sales process seamless. Lots of communication after my visit to the dealership to place an order. They offered remote delivery, but I opted to pick it up myself. The team at the dealership were awesome and down to earth on the delivery of the vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Colin and the rest of the team on purchasing or leasing. Honest, respectful and very accommodating

They forged my signature to register a vehicle in my name, refused to pay me back my deposit for walking away from a custom vehicle that they built wrong, told me they put the plates back on my vehicle when they didn't, and took way too long to respond to simple requests. I have filed a complaint with The BBB
