Be weary of Vision warranty.I have been a frequent purchaser at Visions for the last three years and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, I recently had to use their warranty program. I bought a TV a year ago and purchased their replacement warranty which I was led to believe would provide me with a TV of the same value or a credit worth the purchase amount amount I was paying. It took over three months for my claim to processed and was a real headache. I had to wait till the claim was fully processed before I was eligible for my credit. When I finally got the call to come in to get the credit however, I was offered a credit less than my original purchase amount. The TV that my warranty qualified for went on sale and so I was told I was only eligible for a credit that matched the sale price. I spoke to customer service and the store manager, they both agreed I was getting ripped off but would not assist me. It seems a little convenient that by the time I was called to use the credit the TV had gone on sale. I ended up getting a replacement TV but it is the same brand as my original TV which died after a year of use. This TV is also hundreds of dollars less then the original TV I purchased, because they put it on sale and would not match the original price. Disappointed.

Visions is the place to shop if you want great deals on home electronics.Employees are knowledgeable and willing to help. Way better than shopping at Best Buy.Love is a super friendly and accommodating salesperson.

Excellent pricing and service stopped in last weekend looking for car audio. I found the deck I was looking for. I bought it for an excellent price and asked when it could be installed he said he would check he came back and said there was an installation cancelation and could me right in. I was back on road in a couple hours sounds excellent with a first rate instalation.I would give them 6 stars if itw as an option highly recommended.

We had to purchased many electronics equipment for our new house like a few TV'S, soundbar etc.. The service was more than excellent. The manager Jordan provided us with first class service and was able to get us a great price on our purchased. Advertising Alpine speakers on their website for three years since they carried any Alpine speakers.Drove from Vernon to Kelowna because they tell you on the phone they have speakers.Pack up the baby, drive 45 minutes, get here and all of a sudden it's special order only and they want to sell me some off brand junk.Definitely not the store this place once was.

Great experience all around. The place was going through renovations and they were able to fully accommodate me and help me get a great deal on a TV that fit my needs. We are going through a move they were able to help me out with getting a TV stand as well. The assistant manager was amazing and made sure the TV was in working order and personally helped me get our items into my car and they were super accommodating with my pregnant wife as well.. Thank you so much guys. Amazing location.

Great employees!! I had needed a package delivered to the store within the week and Jordan gave amazing customer care. He kept checking with the warehouse through the week and letting me know the moment it arrived. I was a needy customer and they were very patient. It made my shopping experience super enjoyable ! I will be coming back to visions again because of their service
