Fax number I was given didn't work, online cra submissions are just not working. Constantly being told different things by different agents. Been trying to sort my issue since july and avoid my documents getting lost in the mail again.

CRA is a total mess. I have been doing taxes for over thirty years with very few problems. In the last three years, since relocating the CRA to WInnipeg, I have had problems with almost everyone of my clients returns and major decisions are being made from very inexperienced staff with God Complexes because they have been given the reigns to destroy people and theirr financial future due to Covid 19 Payments. SO many people that were not entitled got the full spread of the benefits and then people who were entitled are being denied it and the first ones to get letters saying they owe so much money. It a sham and a very terrible way for our Canadian Government to treat us for something we have not even done.This is solely the Federal Governments to swallow and there is a lot of it. Time to get NDP back in control of our Country sheesh!

And you wonder why publuc servants have bad reputation. Brutal, shame on the govt if Canada

Ridiculous that you can't even speak to a human anymore face to face when the email system &/or over the phone system fails. Why do we pay taxes and these salaries if the services aren't provided?

There is nowhere in Winnipeg to drop off a tax return, You say there is one on Stapon Road but it is temporally closed. You are forcing people to pay postage to send a return. If nobody paid their taxes, you would soon become available. Good old civil service, overpaid and under worked.

What's the point of having a fax number on your site if it doesn't work. Useless.

Absolute garbage. Had my name legally changed and was told I could only mail in a hand written letter and copy of the paperwork. I’ve done that months ago and it still has not been changedThere’s no one I can call and no one I can speak to

Wish I could leave no stars. Sent in paperwork April and six months later - October -nothing. No case number no update but continue to receive notices and calls regarding balance owing. Spent hours on the phone providing information for the case to be looked into. Still nothing, They would shut down a private business without a blink for such mismanagement but they are untouchable.

Had an issue with my return my error. Called toll free number waited less than 5 min on hold Discussed my details with 2 reps and error was corrected. Excellent service. Only complaint is the music when on hold. Need some more modern

You cannot get through to the Winnipeg Taxation Center and you did not send me an. Up to date on how much I have all ready contributed but you do inform me that you will post publicly my reply….and This is supposed to be confidential and how does that approach confidential !!!….very disappointing service!!!!
