LIFT Salon Spa Boutique

Not reliable service. I used to visit this salon frequently and spent a lot of money on hair services including extensions. My hair dresser began cancelling our appointments all the time, always to go away on vacation or some other type of “special occasion”. One day I brought it to her attention that this was happening frequently. I tried to be polite while still being assertive about the issue. I guess someone has difficulty accepting ownership or taking responsibility because I’ve called the salon twice since trying to book an appointment and said hairdresser refuses to even return my call. Professionalism goes a long way

I have been going to see Kailee for 9 years now. She is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better person who understands my hair and what will look good! I'd reccomend lift to anyone!!

Worst massage I ever had in my life. I got a one hour body massage and she did not touch my lower back at all, she barely applied any pressure so nothing feels better, and I found myself feeling more frustrated then relaxed, a good massage makes me want to sleep and this made me cry with frustration. I’m not the type to complain and ask for my money back so I just won’t be comming back.

I had an amazing experience at Lift. I have very thick unruly hair and Cass completely transformed my hair into a thing of beauty. I can’t rave about it enough!

I got my nails done for my junior high grad and they turned out good but I would never go back to the girl I went to before because she was rude to me because my hands sweat a lot because I was nervous and it was my first time and she kept complaining about how the forms wouldn’t stick to my fingers and she was getting very frustrated at me and it was super embarrassing because she was publicly saying it and now I am self conscious and won’t get them don’t again. My friend was going in after me to get them done and we had the same nail tech and the nail tech was talking to her about my hands and how sweaty they were and it was really embarrassing when my friend talked to me about it.I will not be going back for a long time.
