The inside of the nail salon is beautiful and super relaxing, the customer service is amazing! Tim always knows exactly how to make my nails look amazing.

Update...... I spoke with the nail salon after my review yesterday and they had me come in today to rectify. This was a completely different experience than last night. I was shown multiple colors to pick from and was placed in the hands of Tim. I have to say he was amazing and talented. Great sense of humor and very personable. I am so pleased with how my nails came out and how the salon handled the whole situation. I highly recommend Tim. Nails are all even, no lumps and full nail covered. Tim asked how I wanted my nails and did exactly how I like them.

Love Precious Nails! Every time I go I am in love with my nails. Ruby does a phenomenal job with design - see the photo. These were for New Year’s Eve and I got several compliments! I deff recommend.

If you’ve been on the pursuit of the best nail tech stop looking and schedule an appointment with Dana. I hate trying to decide on colors and styles, with Dana I don’t have to. I can come in and just tell her I want “something mermaidy” and leave with nails better than I could’ve imagined. This is after 3 weeks and aside from being grown out, they are still perfect. Can’t recommend her enough!!

This place is really clean and my nails last the full three or more weeks! Tim is AMAZING and he always does my nails the way I want him to. That was the inspo I showed him and that’s what he gave me. Amazing

Went for the first time today and got a gel acrylic manicure and regular pedi. Kim was amazing and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Super clean, meticulous technicians. Never going back to my old salon!!

had a great experience with Ruby! Showed her an inspiration picture and she replicated it perfectly. Will be back in a couple of weeks for a fill!

This was such a great experience! I had Tim and when I showed him the design I wanted, he knew immediately what to do! The perfect shape, length, & thickness! It was such a quick process too! So so happy with the way they came out and I will definitely be going back!

I hesitated for a couple of days on giving this review as I don't usually leave any. But this service really made me upset.I had gone to get my nails done last Sunday and I asked for a full set and the tech suggested an overlay to keep my natural nail length. I agreed and was overall happy with the shape she gave me. I asked her to make my nails a little thinner and she kept going on about me getting a gel so that my nails don't break easily. I am the type to get regular nail color and usually don't use gel but I agreed as I wanted it to stay strong and beautiful. I asked if she could do a design for me and I shown her what I wanted. She asked Gigi to do the design as she would do it better. I left the nail salon happy (this was the second time I came because the first time was excellent service).Fast forward 2 days: the gel is chipping on both of my thumbs and looking as if I got it done a month ago. I messaged them and told them what happened and was told to come in and they will fix it.I went to back to get it fixed - made an appointment with Gigi ahead of time - I checked in and took a seat. They looked at me several times and then finally she came over to me and asked why I was here and I explained the situation. She then asked if I could come back later because they are busy and I told her I booked an appointment in advance. She then went on doing whatever she was doing for about 10 minutes and then had me sit in her booth. She fixed my nails with such quickness that she messed up the design and didn't even care.I am so upset with this service. I am so upset that you had no problem taking my money but then had a problem fixing a mistake. I would have been ok if the service I received was great all around but it was so callous that I didn't even want to argue about the new mess up. (And it's still chipping)I write this because I hope they don't do this to someone else. Please do better.
