Pizza de Luigi et crème glacée

Just ordered 3 pizza from here. Was not sure if they would be any good but beyond my expectations. Really good quality. As a District Manager for over 10 years I was Impressed with the service and quality. The front girl was super nice and friendly.

I ordered over the phone for a large 2xpeperoni and tomatoes and herbsWhen I picked up all was good and staff was nicePaid the charges and went homeWhen I got there , was a thick crustNot what I orderedCalled the shop and told them , they said sorry was an errorGreat , said they would make another and I said no bother I am 40 min round trip awayAsked if I could get some sort of credit for my next order they said no?So they would make me a new pizza no charge and I drive 40 minutesAnd not offer a discount on a future order , I do not get that

Loved this place! Pizza was great, always tempting to grab one to go and eat outside during beautiful weather! Also George there is such a nice guy!

This pizza place is my faaaaave! They have their own unique dough which is always on point and the toppings are never skimpy. My only complaint is that that run out of pizza often and they close too early on weekends. Regardless of that I order here as often as I can cause I love it!UPDATE 2023: Pizza here has gone downhill and it’s truly disappointing for me. Past few orders have not been up to the old Luigi standard. Ingredients taste lower quality and the dough is absolutely different. I’m sad.

The pizza was amazing! Very fresh and tasty.Plenty of hot sauces offered for free alongside some great garlic dips for that tasty crust.There's a choice of thin or thick crust.Would definitely recommend if you're in that area.

They would have great pizza.But they make them with the cheese on the bottom like frozen pizza.This ruins the experience and flavor, the taste of the stretchy mozzarella on the top is the real flavor, and makes a pizza a pizza.The cheese has a mild taste and has to be the highlight of the pizza, not hidden under the other ingredients as it just vanishes.This practice has really impacted the pizza business.I crave the old days, when a pizza was made properly.Good quality cheese on top and a good tasting sauce on the bottom.And the bacon should always be on the cheese, to retain the salt flavour, not smothered under everything else.The ingredients should be cut large enough to taste especially he green peppers, to small and the veggies are not noticeable since the pickled ingredients, like olives and banana peppers overpower their flavor and it all tastes homogenized.So the ingredients order should be sauce, mushroom, pepperoni, veggies cut thick, green peppers are expensive so they should be directly under the cheese.With cheese on top and finally bacon on top of cheese for ultimate flavour.NOT sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and everything else thrown on top making the pizza more of a sloppy stew.I think, they think we are stupid, and are impressed seeing the uncovered ingredients.A properly made pizza can be cut into slices and reheated on the BBQ (awsome), or oven and eaten holding the slice in your hands.Not spooned out in an uncontrollable mess.That's my opinion.

If you haven't tried Luigi's, don't walk - run! The pizza is amazing and they have one of the best gluten-free crusts for those with restrictions.Take it to go and stop at one of the picnic tables by the Gatineau river on a nice summer day!!

Great pizza, good spot for some basil added dough

So happily surprised! I honestly had low expectations - I assumed in a small village we'd be getting something similar to a standard Pizza Hut pizza. I couldn't be more mistaken! We were so impressed and will definitely return :)
