So we reserved a room and at no point were told there was a time we had to check in by. Our plans changed a little and we couldn't arrive there until 10pm. My wife called to let them know we wouldn't be there until 10pm and the lady on the phone told us we could not check in that late and there was nothing they could or would do to help us. We then asked for a refund on the room and were told they also wouldn't do that. They then hung up on us and again when i called back they immediately hung up on us. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this place at all.

This place is so so great!! The sites are grassy and secluded away from other trailers, the hosts/owners are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile, the lake is just across a simple non busy country road. We were offered beach towels to use and would highly recommend this place. It’s the perfect camping location and very peaceful!

Horrible stay! The owners are rude ( mainly the woman) and lied about the park. Everything in their photos are connected to the provincial park. There is no slide/ floating dock, no out door movies, no kids park connect to the park….. nothing! They screwed up our stay for the length of stay and said it was our fault. Worst park ever I personally have ever stayed at!! Don’t waste your money and time coming here. Beautiful area and so many more options, even better people to work with at other placesExtras!!3 mins for 1$ to shower5$ per person for visit per day

Very nice fully serviced rv sites that are semi private and easily accessible. The sewer hookups are a little high for good drainage, but there may be a reason for that.Barb and Don are friendly and helpful and keep a tidy resort.We will definitely go back.

If you're on your way up or down going through British Columbia, stop here for the night! The woman running here is so accommodating that my wife wanted to cry! She is very nice and reasonable, she wasn't even open since it's off season and still let us stay on her property. You would be missing out here if you didn't stay, we didn't get a room but did stay in our tent camper and the landscape is still beautiful with the night sky dancing with stars!

We stayed for one night (unfortunately!) with our RV. Place is impeccable, beach is beautiful with clean water, showers super nice. And the staff…they are just the best. Highly recommended!!

Barb was as friendly and efficient as you could hope for. She was quick to reply when we required an RV site on short notice for one night on our way traveling through. They also kindly helped us out with loaning us a critical electrical adapter we’d misplaced. Grounds are very tidy and sites are very well appointed. For the bill for us perfectly and we felt completely welcome & comfortable.

Would not recommend. Was not accommodating.Called to let them know we wouldn't be able to check in until about 10:30, got told that was unacceptable" and that wouldn't work. Wasn't willing to give a refund and tried to tell me their website says there office is closed at 9:30. Nothing on their website anywhere stating that. Nor would she give us a refund. Even though it wasn't even my card. Didn't care that we were travelling with 2 children. My mom called and they weren't going to let her cancel and remove her card info and hung up on her. Luckily

This place is amazing! The owners Barb and Donnie were really friendly and the room I stayed in was clean, and fully stocked with everything needed. The bed was extremely comfortable also. The grounds are well maintained, and the beach and lake are perfect. Fishing is excellent and we will definitely be back.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The sites are spacious and well maintained. The showers were clean, the laundry was reasonable. Stayed for 3 nights, very enjoyable! If we come this way again we would definitely stay here again.
