Super easy and chill experience. Everyone in the shop was really nice (and understanding of me not knowing the proper lingo for car stuff haha).Price was the best I found by a large margin. Highly recommend giving them business. You won't have problems here!

Efficient, reliable and affordable. The customer service was great and I'm very satisfied with my new tires! I was in and out within the hour, and returned the next day to retorque my tires in under 5 minutes. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I went there to get tires replaced, and the tires ended up popping after a month told me it wasn’t their fault but replaced them anyway. Then they proceeded to tell me that they put the same size tires only for me to find out they put 15’s 17s and 16s all on a 16 inch rim stretching the tires while the 17 inch couldn’t hold a seal. This cost me money as my rims bent from the lack of air. If you don’t have the inventory, just be honest.

Had slightly used winter tires put on for great price about three weeks ago. Went to take off a tire to get brakes done this week and bolts were way too tight. Take it to a shop for a mechanical issue and asked them to check the nuts and they are all shot. Notorious problem for Journeys but it seems some extra work could've been prevented if the nuts were forced back on. One lug cap even missing on a front tire. No wonder I got such a deal on the tires and installation.

I was not able to visit my regular mechanic to do a tire off rim job. The owner was easy going and very personable. The young men she had working in the shop hussled hard and were respectful. Very nice place to do business.

Very nice when I called about the tires for my husband's car, gave me the brand and price on the spot. Went there next day no appointment needed done in 15 minutes charged exactly what they quoted me.

I had a flat tire a few months ago. They didn't have the tire in stock but did a rotation for me. While doing this, two of my center caps were broken but I was not notified. When I came back a few days later once the new tire came in, that's when I noticed how badly cracked the centre caps were. I brought this issue up and was told there was no possible way that one of the techs were responsible for it. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Will definitely not be coming back in the future. And I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Went here to get some new tires. About a week later, TWO of the tires bulged, and one cracked. They wouldn't replace these, saying that it must've been my fault. Absolutely ridiculous, I was so dissatisfied with the manager's attitude. Started getting rude with me and even began cussing at me. So unprofessional will not be coming here in the future. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!!
