They didn't have the product but took advantage of Seniors Day. Walked to grocery outlet around the corner, they carry the product all the time but too late to return unopened product to Genesis. Won't go here for new products but will return to purchase items that I purchase regularly from whoever has on sale because there's huge difference between $65. regular to just over $50. when sale priced - wherever I can purchase at the time.

Zach and Shauna are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. They educated me on a number of different things. I've worked in retail for many years and anytime someone is as pleasant as they are, they deserve the biggest bestest review!

Conveniently, a great neighbourhood store for natural health supplements since I moved in 2008! Zack is quite knowledgeable. The prices are competitive. I don't like the limiting point system but at least on Wednesdays, there is a 10% off for the seniors. Keep up the good work! :)

Seriously overpriced, bought a bottle of l-theanine for $60, only to find out later that same product on Amazon.ca for $20. I understand that retail stores usually have to charge more than Amazon, but seriously 3x the price?! I feel ripped off.

I spent about $200 for a haul of vitamin supplements. I got good advice and I was also told the difference between their store and ordering from Amazon is reliability. Well, I ran out of supplements today and went to the store which was advertised online and on the door as being open at 11am on Sundays. I looked at the sign on the door, yep, supposed to be open, so I got a coffee and waited until 11:30am as it was not close to my home. NOT OPEN. NOT RELIABLE. BUY YOUR VITAMINS FROM AMAZON, LIKE ME. The only advantage to walk-in stores is service, so NO ADVANTAGE. Zero stars.
